OK pedicure but the older woman who waited on me did not make eye contact or crack a smile the entire time I was there. I just got the PICK OUT YOUR COLOR greeting and some terse orders of which chair to go to. I don't want to "chat" or make friends, but isn't this a service industry? When she finished she got up and went into the back. After 10 minutes I was fed up and initiated getting out of the chair myself. Suddenly another employee rushed over to help and take my money. I won't be back.

Staff were great, my basic manicure looks perfect! Pretty much flawless which is tough with a dark red polish! Wish I lived in the area to come more often.

I was a walk-in a couple weeks back and Hiep did my acrylics. Scheduled a full with her yesterday and, again, I absolutely love them. She pays attention to detail and does an amazing job. Great prices too!

Nice paint job, but used dirty tools on me, such as cuticle nippers. If I could see they were dirty, I know darn well, he did too, but used them anyways. Gross. That's how you spread pathogens.

I was hesitant to visit because the last review was a year ago. It's a bit hidden in the shopping center of Raileys. The lady I had did a great job, took her time and gave a nice foot rub. She didn't say a word, but did a great job. Place was nice and clean, well maintained. They have 3 tv screens and new massage chairs for pedicure. It was a bit pricier than I expected ($35 for pedicure) but you pay for what you get and it was worth it (in my opinion). I would recommend this place and will come back.

Was in town visiting and decided to give this place a try, and I'm so glad I did! Everyone was so nice and friendly and they team work to not make you wait so long. And once it comes down to removing cuticles and painting nails they take their time to make sure they are close to perfect Definitely recommend coming here!

I had a Mani/pedi on Wednesday, by Friday my polish started coming off in sheets. By Monday I had one nail left. Idk if polish was old or what. She did not out a base coat on. I'm going in tomorrow to have them redone. Not happy.
