I contacted this bank to resolve an issue with my checking account. I asked for the Bank Manager and was connected to Cali. Cali clearly has no comprehension of Hearing disabilities as seen when she wouldn't stop talking at me! I made several attempts to tell her but she just got louder and talked over me. She was so rude she cut me off by putting me on hold for awhile. I was trying to tell her I have a disability that would require her to just speak slower and clearer for me. Unacceptable behavior by Cali the Wrightwood Branch Manager. My husband got it through to her finally on speaker phone and she gave no apology. What a shame for a once friendly hometown bank.

Everyone that works there is amazing. They try their best to assist you with what ever is needed. I would give them a 15/10 if I could. They are the sweetest. Cali and Nikki are both just Spectacular. I opened a checking back in 2013, and just opened a savings a few days ago. Nikki helped, and explained everything perfectly whole I opened my savings account.

I love, love, love this bank. The people here are friendly, especially the assistant manager Nikki R.; they know their customers, and they go above and beyond for them. A1 customer service. I happily drive over an hour to do business here.

I just have to leave a highly satisfied review for Ms. Cali Bonds. I was early for my appointment and she was able to help me immediately. She was patient with me, as I had my two children with me, and she helped me choose the right banking products for my business and myself. I am very happy with the service here, and the hometown feel, even though I live in Phelan. Thanks Cali ? I look forward to doing business with you again.

If I I ok old put no stars I would. The customer service is bad and rude when you call about the online page. The website is not very user friendly. They hold checks for 3 to 4 days if you try to do the mobile deposit application. I'm very disappointed in this small town bank.
