My first time shopping at Pharmacy was today and it was awesome! I needed a skateboard for XMAS for my granddaughter. Yeah I'm an old dude. Even though it's snowboarding season I told the guys what my concerns were and what I wanted - quality. They put together the perfect board for me and at a great price. These guys were patient, kind and understanding and won over a customer for life. I'm an active outdoor enthusist that regularly shops REI for the same reasons. I grew up with secondhand "stuff" and it was fine but, when it comes to my granddaughter, I want something well thought, well made and safe. I got her her first skateboard today and it is all the above.

The guy working there was really chill and respectful and Me and my nrother got hoodies and shirts and he was cool and gave us some stickers totally recommend its a small place but it has a ton of stuff up for everyone.

These guys are awesome. They had a great selection and I got to rent a helmet for only $6. Great customer service and the hyping up when I returned the helmet from the guy after I said how it all went was awesome. Definitely will recommend to my friends.

I went to this shop in need of two sleds. Some guy working the front looked at me sideways the moment I walked in on some "your an outsider" stuff like if we were in Hawaii and I just asked to surf his Beach. With an attitude he asked me how can I help you. I asked for two sleds. He charged me $35 dollars for them. He asked me to follow him around the side where he had lots of plastic sleds in some shed. I don't mind the dirty looks or the terrible customer service or the vibe I got that this board shop worker thinks he owns weightwood lmao! WHAT I DO MIND is being Price gouged for some plastic sleds. I didn't complain about the price because I'll pay whatever they say the cost is. The issue is, the moment I got back up the mountain to use these $35 dollar plastic sleds BOTH BROKE ALMOST IMMEDIATELY. And I mean these things incinerated within two slides down the mountain. PLEASE USE CAUTION BEFORE WALKING INTO THIS STORE. I was ripped off badly however I did not waste any time going back for a full refund nor did I report fraud on my card simply because I can tell this person and shop really really needed the money and I'm all about charity. But for any FAMILIES going to the snow PLEASE go PREPARED AND DO NOT SHOP HERE unless you have no other choice and want to give back to the needy.

Horrible customer service, the manager is very rude! Nobody wearing a masks at the COVID 19. The amenities are in a very bad shape everything is broken. We tried to do a refund because the snowboard clips was broken and the manager just told us he can’t do anything about that. 1 star!

Or provide me your email address?I returned one rental boot and one personal boot by accident - and tried to call you but the phone goes straight to automated message. I’ve attempted 4 times ...I have the tracking number for the boot I am properly returning that I rented and I wanted to send you a mailing slip so I can pay for my daughters boot to be returned.Sorry about this and thank you!
