Came in while the store was in the process of being open at 10am and the store manager Jerry completely helped me out with great customer service. I am happy with the outstanding service that this specific location has provided as they went above and beyond what I expected. Both Jerry and Mohammed were outstanding and I am happy to be a new customer with At&t. The staff members here treat people with respect and that is something that we don't see today. Thank you Jerry and Mohammed you guys are awesome!!!!

I rarely visit AT&T these days, as the newer phones make it super easy to transfer data. However, one of my family members had an older phone that couldn't update to the latest iOS, so we ended up coming here. Marlon was really helpful, kind and patient. He helped us get the phone activated quickly and smoothly. He also gave us some suggestions on a screen protector and case, which we ended up purchasing because AT&T only retails brands that offer a lifetime warranty! Although the accessories weren't the cheapest, the lifetime warranty definitely makes it worth it. Shoutout to Marlon for providing great customer service!

We have one of those managers with attitude. Who told us we are not qualified for first responder discount even though my wife showed be nursing license. I don't care about the discount. But when the same manager offered it to another person infront of me without any questions, I have to say something because he just completely denied us and this man who is not a nurse but married to a nurse just got it.

Jerry, the Manager at the Yorba Linda, CA store is best-in-class. Excellent multitasker. He helped us not only save big on our family cellular plan, but he helped set up AT&T Internet Air for my parents as well. Great customer service from the whole team. It is recommended to set up your own “VIP” appointment ahead of coming in, as you are more likely to get prompt service. It has worked for me every time.

Only very helpful when you're purchasing a phone or signing a new contract. When it comes to customer service, they're a joke. Came in since my phone wasn't working (iPhone 14 Pro) and after running all the tests, looking for water damage, reset, etc. they shrugged their shoulders and told me to go to Apple. I did and they took care of it while telling me that a lot of AT&T store employees just send their customers to them because they don't know how to properly deal with the issue or are too lazy. Very believable since the same dude who sent me off was the one who activated my phone 9 months earlier and was very friendly when I was buying.

This place was a total joke. Gave me complete false information regarding what was needed with a phone transfer and continued to charge my account for their screw up prolonged my trade in credit not to mention messed up the new phone as well. Also Mo aka Mohammad can be extremely rude and told me it’s my problem that I had forgotten my Apple ID and most people don’t do that. Extremely disappointing will never go back there again.

Came here on September 22 around 4:00, there was no one on the floor to help us. Once someone came he was rude and short answering with our questions. He attempted to help us but then sent us away. Therefore, I came to a best buy today and AT&T wasn't allowing us to upgrade our device due to FRAUDULENCE. Not sure if it was based on our appearance or what but totally not acceptable.

Manager went out of his way to help us fix the issues that were a result of bad management at other stores. I would highly recommend the Yorba Linda store over all others.

Jerry, store rep, was very helpful and informative. His customer service skills were excellent! I consider him a customer service expert that is very knowledgeable and understanding. Jerry was very easy to talk to.

Called asking a few questions about the Apple Watch. The person on the phone did not know anything about what Apple Watch options were available, which is still okay but at least try and look it up or ask another representative to help you. He claimed that there was another customer in the store and that's why. Why did you answer my call then?

I visited a local AT&T store to get a 5G Sim Card for my new Galaxy S22 plus phone and also had my account upgraded to unlimited service.Both employees in the store were very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional.
