I just left the Yorba Linda Best Buy in the hopes of purchasing an Apple Watch 9 series for the advertised membership amount of $360. As I was being rung up the sales person stated the system had changed the amount to $429. and the watch was no longer available for the advertised price below the merchandise at the store. He further stated the issue was the stores fault for not removing the prior sales price of $360. I understand these issues occur but typically retail stores understand they are at fault and are willing and to honor the advertised sales price. Furthermore, my wife and I live in walnut and traveled in the rain to the city of Yorba Linda, and would have appreciated some sort of compromise. I hope in the future Best Buy would treat their members with more compassion and understanding

Absolute disaster. Best Buy is completely incompetent. I ordered appliances seven months ago to avoid delays, but Best Buy is so incompetent there's delays. For two weeks I was given a delivery window from 11-3 for delivery on 12/21. At 6:40am on 12/21 they change the delivery window to 7-11. No one shows or calls so 11:10 I call to find out where my appliance is at. They assure me it's on its way and they will call me when en route. I get tired of waiting so I go to the store and talk to the salesman. My salesman finds out that my appliance was actually damaged so it's not being delivered today at all. Now they have to order me another one and they have no idea when they'll get it. Absolutely ridiculous! I can't stand Worst Buy. Complete incompetence. Never shopping there again!

I ordered a refrigerator on 11/9/2023. And the initial delivery was scheduled on 11/21. Then it was rescheduled to 11/25 due to the manufacturer's delay. Then again rescheduled to 12/14 for the same reason. Now I got a message about delay again to 3/5/2024. I called the BestBuy customer service for each delayed schedule and heard the same reason and confirmed the new delivery dates. Now on the occasion of the 4th delay, I have to criticize several points about my order experience at BestBuy: 1. I chose BestBuy to purchase this item among many other stores, including Home Depot, Costco, Lowe's, etc., when all of them offered same price at that time, because BestBuy's delivery date was the earliest, as I sold my current refrigerator and needed a new one ASAP. 2. I could understand there could be a manufacturer's delay, but it should be only very exceptional, and major electronic stores like BestBuy should schedule the delivery of the products as accurate as possible. However, my experience of this order just demonstrates how much BestBuy cares more about the manufacturer than customer. How could I understand when the delivery schedule changed right next day after confirmed the date, and it happened several times in a raw. How BestBuy's order system works to schedule the delivery without considering the product's availability. It's a big curiosity. 3. We can live without television, but hard to live without refrigerator. Where could we store our frozen food after sold old refrigerator based on the original delivery date of the new one, but when it's delivered 4 months later? It's not just as simple as "reschedule or cancel" when it's delayed. 4. The delivery schedule is a covenant with customer, who chose BestBuy among others, and sacrificed their chances to choose a different store who is more sincere to their promises to the customers. So BestBuy had to double confirm the product's availability before schedule the delivery to the customer. The early delivery date without any promise couldn't be a business strategy to attract customers. Otherwise it'll be a just scam.

I turned in my laptop to geek squad to fix something with the hard drive a little bit ago. They fixed it but other issues arised (Somehow they removed Bluetooth???). So I took it in again and apparently the guy working at geek squad just clocked out randomly and no one knew he wasn't there. Love wasting time for no reason.

We went in for batteries and was helped immediately. The salesperson found the batteries and showed us where to checkout. There was no line and the checkout woman was very friendly. The entire process took less than 10 minutes.

Terrible service. Rude employees and manager. A young lady named Isabel was very rude. She would not print me a receipt of my only order and was very rude in her tone. I spoke to her boss Hamid. Not much different. He defended her without even hearing the conversation. He also didn't print me the receipt. I was upset and returned the TV I bought right there. Very disappointed.

I was directed to come to this location because they are the only ones that had the vornado fan in stock! I ordered online and when I walked in I was greeted by Mike. Mike not only helped me pick up my order but he answered all my questions and even suggested an item I buy for a separate issue I mentioned. I left feeling satisfied. Thank you

Mario, the store manager, and Thor - Sr. Team Member at the Best Buy in Yorba Linda, CA, we're fantastic. One of the best, and expected, buying experiences I've had at Best Buy since they came to California!! I walked in knowing the exact product I wanted. I ran into Mario. After hearing my situation he introduced me to Thor. Thor went in the back and brought out my product, rang me up, opened the packaging so I could confirm the unit worked; packaged it up and I was out of the store in 15 - 20 minutes. It seemed like 10. Very positive experience. Thanks guys!

This was a favorite to go to and purchase many different electronics, appliances, and many other items on the spot. Unfortunately, it has changed dramatically. The store shrunk on the inside, not many instore choices anymore. The employees are very nice and treat people with courtesy.

This is one of the newly remodeled locations, meaning it's great for tv's. computers and electronics, but bad for physical media collectors no movies here. Very limited game availability.

I interviewed for a position on their geeksquad 3 weeks ago. A couple days later I got a voicemail from brittney, geek squad manager, that she would like to talk more about the position. I called back no more than 20 minutes later and never recieved a call back. I tried day after day for 2 weeks to no avail. After asking the customer call center for different ways to contact them; I was given the store's geek squad extension number. Shaun (Sean) picked up and let me know that Brittney was not available at the time and I would hear back later in the day. This process repeated 2 more times the next couple days. If they ghost potential hires I have to imagine the way they run this branch is even worse behind the scenes. Thank you Brittney for not only giving me the incorrect contact information regarding how to get back to you, but for also making me realize that I would never want to work for you or anyone at this location, let alone spend money on any products.
