“My experience with OC Baby Gear Rentals was excellent! I really wasn't sure what to expect but it worked out well. The stroller was in great condition and even came with a stroller caddy that fit our 2 small water bottles and little items like sunglasses. The stroller had lots of undercarriage storage which we really appreciated and the extra big shade cover was perfect in the sunny weather. We also rented a pack and play which worked great too. I suggest bringing your own sheets for that. Our gear was in the lobby before we even arrived at the hotel and pick up was easy too! If we need gear when we go back to Disneyland someday I'd definitely rent from them again!”

“So glad I found this website. My favorite bralette in the entire world was discontinued (will never forgive Free People for that!!) and my old ones are looking really worn. Thankfully I found them on Crown Forever! Shipping (with FedEx) is a bit pricey, but since the bralettes were half price, it ended up being regular price and they got here FAST. “This is a very beautiful local store that I have been to three times to buy gifts for my friends' baby showers. I've also been to the new store in Tustin. I bought maileg dolls and some books and clothes for my friend‘s kids. I really like some of the brands they sell, it has a lot of interesting stuff, and the material is good. I like their products very much, every piece is very cute and exquisite. The staff was friendly and it was a great place to choose gifts.”

“This Carter's store is located in The Outlets of Orange near the North end by Guitar Center and Dave and Busters. It has a nice layout with easy to find sizes and styles. The customer service is fantastic with a greeting to customers as they enter the store. There is always a few follow ups to see if they can assist you in any way. They have competitive pricing and lots of cute styles. They also have accessories and toys. Don't forget to sign up for their rewards program to start earning.”

“I'm back to commend two people who have helped me come back to being a shopper at JCPENNEY. I recently wrote a review on the Santa Ana JCPENNEY store and because if the selection and service I received there, I decided to go to the Brea JCPENNEY store. I went for a pair of shoes. Nothing fancy but just classic old fashion quality shoes. In the shoe department, I very nice young man Juan Orozco was great at helping me find just what I was looking for. It isvhard to go into a shop and be treated with indifference as I have experienced at many "new stlye" store. Not at this store, Juan listened to what I wanted and brought me several styles to choose from . Then he walked me to the payment place. Thanked me and asked me to return. 5 stars for Juan! Next, Julie Lee,at the checkout line, did a great job as well. I'll be back at Penny's to shop for other things I need.”

Granddaughter brought in a paneled princess cut hawaiian dress with tribal print from Hilo Hattie that was designed 2 decades ago, hoping to find a similar dress. John was very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, insightful & directed her to similarly paneled dresses. Several purchases later, family was happy & satisfied. Ohana spirit undeniably present. Definitely worth the drive out!!”

“21 years ago I started my life again with this place. I was young and had a baby girl sleeping at the Motel 6 in Stanton because I decided to finally leave an abusive relationship. I went to the home that they had for myself and my daughter. They picked us up from the motel and took care of us. 21 years later, my daughter is now in Veterinary school and I'm staying here again, at the very same Motel in the very same room,to remind myself it's very hard to leave abuse but it can be done. I'm so proud of my daughter and so very grateful to The Sheepfold and Ms, Darlene and Ms. Mary Kate for dancing with her in the kitchen when we were there. And I still watch Veggie Tales because of being there too. They saved not only my life but my daughters. ❤️”

“Went to Old Navy in City of Industry CA today. One thing that stood out at this site is I was approached by two associates at different times willing to assist me. I haven't seen this kind of service from any stores in decades.I have an illness that attack me with no warning; it happened while I was here. The associates gave me water and help sitted me. It was at about 2:30 PM shift and I can not stop telling my circle of people how happy I am to see such young people showing compassion and assistance thank you team”
“Came here to buy kids clothes for my friends that recently have a baby. They have a huge selection here ranging from newborns to toddlers. I like coming to this location because of the large parking area and plus if you can't find something here you can visit other stores in this Anaheim Plaza. I found a few cute one sizes and matching socks. There's also a sale or clearance section that you can also find good deals. But it ca be a bit messy. Overall good shopping experience. Staff is friendly and helpful.”

“I've bought almost all of my baby's clothes from carters but online. They are having a great Black Friday sale right now. I had bought a lot of items about a month ago online when there was a sale, thinking the prices couldn't be that different in another sale. I was wrong. I asked their online consumer service for price adjustment but they only allowed it within 14 days. However the return window was 90 days. Make it make sense. I ended up buying all the items (plus some extras) online and found this store to return the old order and also pick up an item that was only available for pickup in store. The manager had to help find my order but it went with a hitch. She then helped me return the order. Make sure you have the email that says your items are shipped handy. It has a barcode that well be needed. The manager was so very nice. I was honestly embarrassed to be returning such a large order but she didn't give me even an ounce of grief. I so very appreciated that. The store was very organized and well stocked. I'll definitely be back to shop in store.”

“Went to go return some items on Sunday, 11/28/21 and the service was great! I immediately received my credit on a card with no issues. Dami was kind and friendly and asked if I needed help finding anything for my daughter. I ended up purchasing this cute black faux fur coat for my baby! The material is soft, thick and two sizes larger, but hey! Babies grow a size in a blink of an eye! The store is rather small but they work hard to make it work with the space they have.”

“I usually buy my Keracare Detangling Shampoo from Sally Beauty, but no store near me in my area had any in stock. So I used my $10 CashPass to help me since I saw JcPenney had 3 bottles in stock near me. I originally was going for one, but because I had another coupon to use, I ended up saving about 90%. My price went from a $25 purchase to a $4 one. As far as the shampoo, I’ve used KeraCare Detangling Shampoo for my hair for about 8 months now, and with Natural 4c hair it leaves my hair feeling clean, smooth, soft and moisturized. It helps to brush my hair with a detangling brush while showering and shampooing that helps keep my hair straight. I’ve noticed a significant amount of softness and growth from using this shampoo along with Keracare’s Conditioner.
JcPenney has been apart of my family for at least 30 years. From my Grandma, to my Mom and now to me. I’ve watched them evolve and grow from working there myself to shopping their selections to this day. The service, their products along with their sales/deals are more than enough to keep a loyal customer happy and coming back.

I was at the Brea, CA store on Sunday, Nov 27th. I had the pleasure of having ARIELLE help me with a return.
