A thirty minute wait , which is already crazy to pick up medicine, turns into an hour and thirty minute wait, which I'm still waiting for. Expediting doesn't mean anything when you expedite everyone's order.

As someone who goes here frequently it's extremely frustrating how slow this place operates. A two person line shouldn't translate to a 10-15 minute wait. There should be a self check out or a second cashier to speed up the process. Also, to further increase the speed at which things operate, CVS should implement a system where people give their phone number and the coupons they have are automatically applied. Printing a 23 foot long receipt with 87 different coupons for the cashiers to wade through is one of the most archaic things I've seen. It's 2019. Email receipts and auto apply coupons. Thanks.

I love CVS. But this one in particular has horrible customer service. Teresa in particular. I had to get balloons for a friend's birthday and I politely asked her to blow them up for me. She rang me up and then asked if I wanted my receipt. I politely responded "No thank you." And apparently she did not hear me and in a louder and more angrier voice asked me again if I wanted my receipt. I said "no" kindly once again. She took about 10 minutes to blow up 3 foil balloons. She then chose to, instead of simply handing me the balloons, THROW them at me without saying a word. People should learn to be more polite and patient with the work they are doing. I was deeply offended by this action as I have seen her previously acting in this rude manner once with another elderly customer. I feel that the world is better if there is peace and love however she makes this CVS a hostile environment that I would not like to contribute to.

Opened a checking/savings account in this branch in March 2016. Since then I am a happy customer. Customer service here is beyond expectations. Not only window teller interaction, but also with desk advisors. Nice and cool ambience. Special mentions: Chrissie, Vanessa, Lucy, and Aaron. Also website and very friendly and quick.

Excellent Customer Service - Today I received my bill and it stated that I was one month behind ??? I call the bank and noted that we made the payment last month. The agent corrected the problem and credited our account the late charge and interest (THANK YOU). I'm never late and somehow the bill was never delivered. Thanks for delivering on great customer service. Nick

I am not surprised there are a lot one stars here talking about the photo and the service. The older lady with a short blond hair has a extremely bad attitude, looks like she doesn't has a patient to be help, I have been there couple of times . I am not sure it is the age or racial , none of a single time she is been nice to me. I mean why she is working there without doing the right thing ????? Have this place ever train employee to be polite and respect to clients ?????

I ordered important photos to be printed online last night. It said it would be ready for pickup at 10am today. I came in and asked for assistance. They had no idea where my order was, the computer wasn't even on. There was also another lady waiting for assistance with the photos as well. They weren't printing. I told the employee that i needed the photos right now and all she said was she didn't know about computers. She has also not said a word to me in about 30 minutes. I have been sitting here waiting for some type of assistance and the service here is awful. I've never written a complaint about any business, but I worked retail for 11 years and this is just really bad customer service. I'm still sitting here while the lady is just not making any type of eye contact.. I'm not leaving until I get my photos but I feel pretty disrespected just being left here for 30 minutes. Someone else walked in and no one has offered to help me still. Pretty disappointing..

I checked out at CVS at about 5:30 on a weekday. This is a busy time as people are off work and shopping. They only had one Clerk and the line was 6 deep and because of the way CVS structures their sales there were a lot of problems. The first customer that was checking out had something on their cell phone that they kept looking at and she was very unhappy and apparently she didn't get what she wanted and after several minutes and a lot of deliberation her turn was over and she left without saying thank you. The clerk was helpful and polite as possible but overworked and the only one there to do the register. At some point I asked her if she could call somebody else and she said she was the only one there and the other one was out to lunch. The next customer had no problems. The next person in front of me wanted to buy a propane cylinder I think and she kept saying that his card didn't go through and he was the only one or some such thing. So that was a hassle and then she had to go outside where the propane is apparently stored and go get it while we were all waiting in line. So then it was my turn and there was still two people behind me. I fault the management for not hiring enough employees or not staggering their lunch at a different time than rush hour and I also do not like the way their computers work as far as their deals because a lot of people don't seem to be able to access them, I know it's happened to me before. The funny thing is that I called Trader Joe's in advance because I know they're fast there but they didn't carry what I wanted. So I called CVS and I asked if they had it and what aisles they were on so I could be in and out quickly. I could have gone to Vons but they are traditionally slow but nothing like to CVS was tonight. It's too bad because it has a lot of nice people that are very helpful that are working there when they are there.
