Opened a checking/savings account in this branch in March 2016. Since then I am a happy customer. Customer service here is beyond expectations. Not only window teller interaction, but also with desk advisors. Nice and cool ambience. Special mentions: Chrissie, Vanessa, Lucy, and Aaron. Also website and very friendly and quick.

Excellent Customer Service - Today I received my bill and it stated that I was one month behind ??? I call the bank and noted that we made the payment last month. The agent corrected the problem and credited our account the late charge and interest (THANK YOU). I'm never late and somehow the bill was never delivered. Thanks for delivering on great customer service. Nick

If you want a small town personable bank feel then this is your place! Everyone here is so welcoming actually concerned with getting you the information that you need regarding your accounts etc. they know your name when you walk through the door , Jennifer is especially helpful in setting up your accounts and following up with you , I highly recommend!!!

Everyone is always friendly and willing to help. The following situation solidified my fondness for my bank. Glen Ivy Hot Springs did an unauthorized $175 transaction on my Citibank credit card. The morning before my visit I called and canceled due to the strong Santa Ana winds. This was done within their parameters of their cancellation period. Several weeks later I saw they charged me. I emailed them. No response. An employee, Ms. Brown, at Citibank called them. They promised to follow through. No response. The Citibank assistant manager, Mr. Landa, called them. He spoke to a Glen Ivy manager, Josh, who said he couldn't find my phone number in their phone records. Josh told Mr. Landa that I should call and speak to him, Josh, the next day. I called and left a message on Josh's voicemail. No response. With the guidance of Mr. Landa, Citibank corporate stepped in, took a loss, and credited my account. Thank you Citibank!
