They have the dumbest people running this place. I used their ATM to take some cash out, their ATM only gives out the cash in 20s. After getting my cash out, I need to break my 20 for two 10s. Apparently, unless I am paying customer of this place, they can not help me! When did we start not accepting cash or allow customers to get change? Idiotic

Refused to cash a treasury check of $300 even though it is guaranteed funds from government cashable anywhere. Asked to open savings account and refused service and asked me to leave waited 45 minutes in branch lobby. I have a business account/addresses in the center. Lost business from me and poor customer service altogether. Branch manager just gave excuses for employees. Branch was EMPTY! No one there in line, no one in new accounts. So many other banking options, try someone else.

Both my banker Debbie and the branch manager stayed an hour past closing to help me open new business accounts - and the manager offered to personally drive documents to me at work to sign! In my first visit at Citi bank I was shown more personalized care and kindness than my previous bank ever did.

I make appointment at 4 pm. I arrived at 3:55. But waited until 4: 50pm. Only one banker. The manager did nothing.

Opened a checking/savings account in this branch in March 2016. Since then I am a happy customer. Customer service here is beyond expectations. Not only window teller interaction, but also with desk advisors. Nice and cool ambience. Special mentions: Chrissie, Vanessa, Lucy, and Aaron. Also website and very friendly and quick.

Excellent Customer Service - Today I received my bill and it stated that I was one month behind ??? I call the bank and noted that we made the payment last month. The agent corrected the problem and credited our account the late charge and interest (THANK YOU). I'm never late and somehow the bill was never delivered. Thanks for delivering on great customer service. Nick

If you want a small town personable bank feel then this is your place! Everyone here is so welcoming actually concerned with getting you the information that you need regarding your accounts etc. they know your name when you walk through the door , Jennifer is especially helpful in setting up your accounts and following up with you , I highly recommend!!!

I feel very comfortable........
