I shop here twice a week for the past 2 years with my daughter and I've enjoyed every experience. The staff is very friendly and the store is always stocked nicely. A special thank you to the ladies in the morning, my daughter dropped her headband on the way out and the ladies grabbed it and held it for me. When I came back later that week they returned it to me. Thankful for the Stella customer service we get every week.

Skyrocketing prices, terrible produce, The management is indifferent and unhelpful for the most part. Most of the checkers and box people are very sweet and hard-working. They used to have a great deal on wine, if you bought 4 bottles you received 30% off, now it's 20% off for six bottles.

**This rating is specifically for the butcher department** If you've ever noticed that St. Louis ribs rarely go on sale, unlike spareribs, here's a little pro tip: the butcher can "square off" the spareribs for you if you ask, and you can still get them for the sale price, usually $1.99/lb. When they go on sale I stock up bc when I feel that itch to have ribs they're usually not on sale when I need it to be. PRO PRO TIP: I like to follow Matt Pittman's recipe for a no-fail technique

Yesterday evening I went into my local Stater Bros. Markets (Yorba Linda Blvd/Lakeview Ave) to shop for Easter Sunday. Was greeted w such an enthusiastic Christopher in the meat department. He's so awesome. His cheerful, lively personality. Can totally tell he loves what he does. I asked for permission from him to take his photo and if i can share. I'll be visiting him more often now If you shop there . Go say Hi & see what he recommends. He says this is the cheapest tri tip has gone on sale for. Last time was 5 years ago for $ 2.99 Recommended this seasoning (Will season for free) & suggest wrapping a few bacon around it...cook smoked Great Asparagus & Brussel sprouts sale would be delicious with the Tri Tip. The brussel sprouts were low last night. Plan to get more shipment in this morning per the associate. SALE TIL TUESDAY 3.06 I'll definitely be back today

I am sorry that I have to write a scathing review given that most employees are very friendly and helpful and more than at competitor stores. That is why we go to Stater Brothers. The issue is cleanliness and policy in the deli. This is the 4th time at minimum that the slicers were dirty and obviously not cleaned. I stopped the slicing as soon as I saw this. I had contacted Stater Brothers Corporate on this matter twice before and I was assured by the lady who indicated that she was in charge of the delis in this area that the situation would be rectified. She indicated that policy is to clean after every cutting for cleanliness purposes and also for religious purposes for individuals that will not mix or utilize certain deli products. After my first discussion with Corporate they indicated it would be taken care of but it wasn't on my next visit and I had to call again. i was told that training was just restarted on this matter.Today at check out I asked to speak with the Manager and indicated to the Cashier it had to do with cleanliness. Jessica came over and apologized and said she would speak to the Manager. Jessica did indicate that the Manager is in charge of the deli and If she was not the Manager why did I not speak to the Manager?I will contact the OC Board of Health and see if they are interested. Unfortunately, I hope this issue is limited to the deli and that the rest of the store is in compliance with health standards.

Soooo disappointing!!!! Since I was out for a walk I decided to buy a couple of things and ended up buying some more items. My bill added up to $22.04 and when I was going to leave, I noticed it was too heavy, full bag, to carry with one hand.... so I asked for one more bag and cashier melissa said that I would have to pay 0.10cents.... unfortunately I only had my phone to do Apple Pay.... so I said I'll be glad to pay the 0.10cents in Apple Pay.... they went ahead and processed the 0.10cts charge!!!! I wasn't getting just 1.00 or 2.00 products, my bill added to over $20.00!!!! What a POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! To me, 0.10 cents is not going to affect me at all! but it was the ADAMANT attitude of the cashier and the fact to go ahead and charge the 0.10 cents in the card that I feel very SAD about it... and mind you!, I live next door practically, so I go here to shop almost every day!!!! WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT AND TERRIBLE CUSTUMER SERVICE!!!!!!

So disappointed with everything about the shop. It was highly recommended by some friends for their meats more specifically. Went there to get some today, to my disappointment no meats were available, which is ok in view of the actual situation but the service at the meat counter was so poor and totally unprofessional, helpful or even courteous. Will never go back for sure.

If you want to actually catch covid go here! No sanitizing of carts, once inside majority of the customers are NOT wearing masks. Forget the masks I even saw one guy walking around picked up a granola bar unwrapped it and was full on eating it while walking around! Ok then you get to the check stand and there's no wiping down of the conveyor! So why do they care if you bring your own bags or not!! I asked if they were enforcing the masks and they were like no it's up to customers if they wanna wear it or not..

Change the policy for early hour (7am-8am) so the people with disability can shop with rest of the seniors (65+) and pregnant women!

I love this Stater's. I have been going here since it has been here and always have had great service. Now because of social distancing only going once a week so you can imagine my disappointment when I found a 5 lb bag of carrots missing which I had paid for. Anyway, called Chris the manager and he researched my"carrots" using the checkers, cameras etc. and determined they were left in the cart by me! He offered to give me another bag next time but of course it is on me! Think the Easter Bunny came early? Thanks Stater's for your service during this stressful time and doing it with a smile!

Check the prices when you check out. This location is taking advantage of COVID-19 by having promo ad posted then not honor the price! I bought four boxes of the same cereal, told the cashier the price was suppose to be less if I bought four. She told me that it must have been one of those mix and match deal then asked if I wanted to cancel those purchase - so I did. I was helping the bagger bag my groceries because she did not know how to arrange items, so when I got home I checked the receipt more carefully and none of the sale price were honored. Shoppers beware!

I went into the store to get some fresh green beans I was absolutely disgusted when I approached and saw the condition of the produce. Needless to say I bought frozen green beans instead. I will not be coming back to this store for produce.

I can confirm some of the 1 star reviews. A few of the cashiers are rude and miserable. The cashier I dealt with was a short, obese, middle aged woman with short brown hair who was incredibly condescending. Some of the cashiers there don't even acknowledge your presence; they just scan your items and hand you a receipt. The baggers seem to stare off into the distance too. What a sad lot of people. The store itself is fine but some of the staff have issues.
