I Just bough a Marathon Bath tissue 48 rolls for 28dls, I buy this brand bcuz the material it doesn’t get me alergies. Well, as soon I opened I notice that the materials had changed and this is EXACTLY THE SAME as the Costco brand. It’s not worthy to spend more money for a cheaper material. Everything it’s more expensive at Costco than Samsclub or other stores. It’s not worthy to paid 120dls per yearly membership. Be aware people, compare prices and quality, specifically right now that the country is going through inflation and recession.

They have a lot of things for bulk even the single bag chips are bigger than the ones you'll find at the regular store and there prices are really good considering how much you get for any item the only downside is it's required to have a membership card to buy items from them but it's definitely worth it if you plan on buying a lot of items

This has to be one of my favorite Costco locations. I feel like in comparison to my local Costco, it's super empty. The employees are a lot nicer too. It's easier to get in and out because it's mostly adult shoppers without a bunch of kids running around or shoppers randomly stopping in the smack dab middle of the aisles. Obviously there are a few exceptions to this, but over all is a very organized store and I love shopping here when I'm in the area. The gas line passes by quickly too, especially since I don't think they allow commercial diesel trucks to fill up. It's a little out of the way, but if I know I'm heading out there, I wait to do my shopping there.

If you think you're covered by Costco when you purchase electronics with your Costco card, think again! And if you think VIZIO is going to stand by their products and make sure things are taken care of properly, think again about that too!! I bought a Vizio tv at Costco in October of 2021 and started having issues with it less than 6 months later. After 90 days, you can't return the tv at a Costco store. Costco Concierge advised me to call Vizio because it was still under manufacturers warranty. I did. They had me update software and reset the tv back to factory settings. Problem was still happening but I'm busy and don't have time to call them daily. I made 5 or 6 more calls to Vizio and they had me do the same thing each time. I finally called Costco and told them what was happening and they called Vizio with me on the line. The resolution was to have a technician come to our home and replace all of the insides of the tv. The repairman came to make the repairs on 5/28/2022. The original problem was that the tv wouldn't always power on when using the remote and would randomly turn itself on after being powered down. After the technician left, we had a handful of other problems....buffering when using streaming services, pixelated picture, extremely low quality picture, low sound even with a soundbar, screen commands stay on the screen and probably more that we haven't noticed yet. After sitting on the phone with Vizio for over and hour, their resolution is to send us a refurbished tv. That's not acceptable. I called Costco concierge again and they told me their agreement is with Vizio and Vizio handles all issues with their tvs. The representative asked what I'd like done, I told him I want to return the tv and just get my money back so I could buy something different. His response was, "unfortunately, we can't do that". If they can't do that, what can they do? He said nothing. So, they asked me how I'd like this resolved even though they won't do anything about it? They are constantly advertising that when you buy electronics and appliances through Costco, you'll have this amazing warranty. And if you use your Costco credit card, they'll extend the time frame for you, free of charge. BIG DEAL. The warranty does you no good unless it's within the first 90 days. I've bought almost every electronic device and appliance for our last 2 homes from Costco. I shop there regularly and have always felt like I was a valued customer...until now. Stick to buying food and household supplies there, if you absolutely have to!

My Local Costco Warehouse. Always pretty clean and not heavily Jam pack like my old Fullerton Warehouse. Located next to Ashley Furniture Store. They have a Costco gas also. With 3 gas pump on each lane that goes by pretty quick. Like every warehouse, Really lots of parking but some times can be a bit hard to find one available right away. Food court is located outside of the warehouse. The cold brew mocha freeze at the food court is on the sweeter side but good on a hot day along w their bargain hotdog & a fountain drink combo. Can never beat that or their Amazingly moist rotisserie chicken! That can be eaten for days! Weekdays especially on Monday/Tuesday afternoon is perfect time to go and isn't a pack house. Love COSTCO & COSTCO ONLINE! Just wish my local Costco carried more Asian items! #WishfulThinking but they do have the instant boba in the freezer department from Boba Bam. So I'm at least Happy with that!

I am so disappointed in the arrangement that was sent to my mother in law from Costco. The advertisement looks nothing like what was delivered. The box arrived warm and it was shipped from Anaheim to Yorba Linda. When she opened the box and took out the flowers, some of the rose buds fell off the stem. In the advertisement, all you see are flowers and some green leafs. What my MIL received was mostly green and there are huge gaps between all the flowers. In the advertisement, the flowers are all crammed together and look absolutely beautiful. The vase is also not the same. I wouldn't recommend ordering flowers from them. Maybe go into the store yourself and deliver them personally. I feel very deceived.

Love my local Costco... clean, well stocked and employees are very helpful. Located in the Savi Ranch plaza. As with all Costco's right now, the gas line can get a little crazy but it comes with the territory. Parking itself can be tricky as this location seems to have a constant flow of traffic. I wish they would have more asian products like the Fullerton location but other than that... this is our preferred Costco!

Wanted to say thank you. I lost my Costco credit card in a store near this Costco. A Costco member found my credit card and turned it in at their Costco. The same day. I paused my card as I was not sure if I lost it or not. Within a few hours of misplacing my credit card, I got a call from this store. They were closing in 30 minutes and I was hours away. They offered to mail to my home. I used Google Pay to get by. The card arrived in a few days, unlocked, and back to business. Did not have to cancel and update my credit card number EVERYWHERE. Thank you for the swift, courteous, and going out of your way to help a fellow member out. Examples like this are why I shop Costco first.

I was in line to pay and forgot to unsuspend my card so I said I just needed to unlock it really quick. As I finished cashier Samantha began the next customer. So I said I'll just get behind the line, no big deal. As I approached my turn the attendant helping box and pack the cart Tomas said "oh I guess she does want her stuff ". To which Samantha stated "I was about to say Catch me Outside". I convinced myself that was definitely not for me but as I was getting rung up again and the attitude behind her.. her "Catch me outside remark" was probably for me. Trash! And incredibly unprofessional. I can definitely tell their union fully protects the unprofessional. Awesome job for quality workers!

Gotta love when you order a couch weeks ago to have it delivered today...you get a time window for it and have your old couch taken away last night and you're excited for your delivery...to find out the morning of your delivery that your $1600 Costco couch won't be arriving today and they rescheduled you for next Saturday because your order doesn't fit on the truck. . Literally have to sit on folding chairs with my pinched nerve because we have NOTHING else to sit on for the week. (Our couch is even our dining area because of having to have two offices in our tiny front room since Covid). . SO frustrated and upset right now. I was even told that "they aren't sure if it will be delivered on Saturday because they only have this small truck and not sure it will fit". Ridiculous.

I had 4 tires installed at the Yorba Linda Tire center. All four rims came out with scratches on our 2 weeks old rims that we bought brand new. We filed a incident report and Costco manager called us after 3 business days and stated they spoke to the technician that did the work and the technician stated the scratches were from us hitting the curbside. I stated the rims are only two weeks old and we know with certain that we did not hit the curb and the rims did not have any scratches on theme prior to bring them into getting 4 new tires installed. I also recall Efran the tire center manager stated that they will review the shop cameras, not once during our conversation did the manager stated we reviewed the shop camera's. I would assume if they did reviewed the shop camera's and saw that it wasn't the technician faults or shop fault they would have stated something along the line of, after reviewing the camera's we can clearly see that the technician was not at fault. All I can say is I will boycott this Costco in Yorba Linda and very disappointed with the outcome of my claim.

Costco visits can always feel like you're preparing to go on a mission. It's hard enough trying to hype yourself up for maneuvering your cart around the store and dodging other shoppers and carts all while trying to figure out where they placed the items you're looking for. Luckily, this location isn't too bad, making it one of my favorite Costcos to shop at. I recommend coming on a weekday if your schedule permits but if you're stuck going on the weekend, it's still not as crowded compared to other Costco locations I've been to. There's always been plenty of parking every time I've gone. The lines inside aren't too crazy and long (the lines are nonexistent on weekdays). They also have a self checkout area as well. Their food court is located outside, which I like since you don't have to walk into the warehouse if you want a quick, cheap meal. The line for the food court can get pretty long but it surprisingly moves quickly. They ask to see your Costco card before you can place an order, so make sure to have that ready.

I love Costco Savvy ranch. Been a member since 1983 long before Yorba Linda came. Steve in the hearing aid canter is so helpful always free to ask questions if outside the box
