Do not purchase tires here they don't hold up to their word on their warranty. We purchased the 80,000 miles warranty tires and they only lasted 26,000 miles! We took them back to Costco and they told us they aren't covered anymore for warranty because they are out of balanced and alignment. Mind you I take my truck in for routine alignment at Firestone off Yorba Linda Blvd. And they also inflate them to the proper specs. But the guy here told me they wouldn't even prorate the tires. The tires didn't even make it to half the mileage warranty.What's the point of paying for these 80,000 mile warranty tires if there's no warranty. Save your money and your time don't give this place your money or time. The guy took maybe 4 mins to inspect my tires and say all of this. Horrible customer service didn't try and help the situation didn't offer anything when the warranty is 80,000 miles. In other words their customer service Tactic is BLAME the customer so they don't have to HONOR the warranty!DONT BUY OR SUPPORT this LOCATION or BUSINESS

Second best thing about having a Costco Membership. When you need wheels they’ve got you covered. The staff is informative and friendly.

Had the best experience with getting a much needed tire replacement for all 4. Scheduled an appointment and was in and out in 1.5 hours. Simple fast and friendly service not to mention great value as my tires happened to be on sale!

Very competitive pricing on the tires. Clean and well organized shop with professional installers. They lose a star because I ordered tires that weren't in stock and they never bothered to call me when they did come in. I had to keep calling back and the guy finally said "Oh yeah, those came in last week."

Never received call and even received after hold little quick takes forever and they want me to hang up the call.I couldn’t get right service here.They should have more customer service lines or staffs.

I love getting my tires at Costco warehouse. We've been bringing my car here to get our tires replaced.The service is always great along w the value pricing around.There is a $ 19.99 tire installation pricing per tire 1.04.23My dad needed his 2019 Toyota Tundra tires replaced. I called them to see if they had his size. Surely they did in stock. Otherwise they can order it for you from another warehouse or from the manufacture. They had no appt spot available out for the next 2 weeks.So we Brought it in a little past 11 a.m. Juan help assist us. Was really busy. He told us because we are walk in customers. WillProbably take 4+ hour. I called around 5:30 p.m. to follow up and was informed, they currently working ony truck. Be done in the next half and hour.I've gotten some tires where they had to order it for me. I went into the warehouse. Ordered it and it was received within a few days. They called me to let me know it's now in the warehouse and I can bring my car in to get it replaced. I dropped it off and within a few hours, 4 hours perhaps on a weekend. It was done.Ck the members saving coupon book on the app/online or in store. Sometimes they have discounts/promotions on tires. Currently the deal for Michelin tires when you buy 4 right now. You get $ 150 off. The most I've seen it discounted. Usually it's average $ 70-80 off. But this beginning of the year was additional $ 80 off.There's a 5 Year Road Hazard Warranty. They do offer rotation, balancing and flat tire repair on the tires purchased. Batteries are also good value. Bring in your old batteries to get your $ 15 core battery fee back that you had to pay when purchasing the batteries.FYI seems as though, no matter what time you come into the tire center. There's Always a line/wait to be helped. ONLY THING. So expect it to be busy.

Not happy at all with this location, I went to a different location and they didn't have the tire that I needed in stock . I came here for quicker service and they didn't want to honor the warranty and was told that I needed to pay full price. $220.Went back to my local Costco.

The email sent stated a Bridgestone warranty and that Costco should provide it. The rep said they had the warranty not Bridgestone, but didn't give me anything in writing. I still don't know what perks came with the install or the warranty info.

Always out of the size of tires I need and they have to be ordered. You are usually at a tire shop because something is wrong with your tires. Most likely a flat which means one does not have the luxury of days of wait time

If you're buying tires here- great, go for it. But if you're thinking about replacing your car battery here, forget about it. I've gone through three interstate batteries here -all of them bad. While they were all within the warranty period, none of them have lasted longer than 11 months! I was charged a pro-rated adjustment. Two of them wore out within 3 to 5 months. Garbage. What a waste of my time. Interstate brand is not what it used to be.

I brought my cat in for tires and was told it would be a one to 1 1/2 hour wait. I went in the store and spent over an hour trying on, picking out, and ordering optical lenses. I came out and my car #7 was still untouched, but I noticed car #8 was on the racks. I inquired if they couldn't find my car because I noticed it's still there but #8 is on the racks? Juan checked into it. Apologized and said they messed up in the shuffle, but they would get right to me. I thanked him and walked to Home Depot. I was there far more than an hour. When I walked back, they were just pulling my car out to work on it. That's 1:30! 2 1/2 hours after I dropped it off. Just wrote this to let you know they do not go in order of their numbering system. Beware if you have to stay and wait for your car to be done as I did.
