It was a pleasant experience all the way through the process. Plus they had the best rate on the market at the time. Access is easy and there is a parking structure towards the back for additional parking. The parking lot is well-maintained and proudly displays American flags encircling the roundabout.”

“Fernando and Arianna were incredibly helpful and kind throughout our auto loan process. They stayed past closing time due to an unexpected issue and still handled everything quickly and efficiently. Even though my fiancée and I felt bad for the delay, they reassured us and never made us feel like it was our fault. Their level of service and friendliness remained consistent all the way through.
Arianna was very welcoming and easy to talk to. She was communicative, honest about the situation, and kept us informed every step of the way. We truly appreciated how approachable and supportive she was during the entire process. We also had a wonderful conversation with her while we waited for things to be resolved.

I gave them my story and information and they went above and beyond to one hundred percent rectify the situation and restore my faith not only in them, but also a bit in the world. Their manager Jonathan was respectful and understanding. He looked at the situation as a learning opportunity and there were truly nothing but good feelings throughout the process. And just to be clear regarding my original post, at no time did I ever receive anything but genuinely friendly service.
