CVS in Ahaheim Hill Rd has diminished patient's service by giving defective medication to customers! I returned the cough syrup and I paid $15 for it! The managers at the South Coast store are not caring or helpful! They are offensive! We made CVS big and it was a mistake.

I'm grateful this pharmacy is here, printing photos, when Costco and Target have this service. But the employee Kyle working tonight left me speechless. No one was at the front counter while I waited for several minutes, so I looked around the store for someone to retrieve the photos I ordered. I saw someone wearing a UCR sweatshirt and headphones, so I asked, "Excuse me, do you work here?" He replied, "I don't know. Do I look like I work here?" Taken aback, I asked again if he worked there, and he gave the same response while turning around to show me his badge. I told him I needed some help art the counter. Without moving, he said "What do you want to get at the counter?" I paid for the photos, and he got out a large grey plastic bag. I told him I didn't need a bag, and he said, "Do you want one anyway?" No. I don't.

1/23/24, morning time. People working on cosmetics. One of the people working in cosmetics was basically rude up tight. Her :Can I help you find something ? Me: I'm looking for a pink shade lip stick. Her: well we are working here organizing the cosmetics... Me : ( thinking ... Why did she even bother asking me if I need help when you know I'm looking in the make up section and give me that response. Very rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. I'm very aware of my surroundings and where I'm stepping or looking at. And it wasn't like I was stumbling on them or their carts of organizing things. Like why be sassy about it, just be up front and kind about it. There is no sign saying I can't look while you're organizing cosmetics. Be kind! Sorry you have to work and all but you still need to be nice to people and not make them feel a certain way. Sorry you were having such a bad morning I guess.

I am writing this in the hopes that the management at this CVS will read it and address the issue with customer service. I was in line for consultation at about 2:30pm this afternoon (11/28/23) few feet behind the counter waiting for someone to call me up. When no one acknowledged me for about five minutes, I stepped all the way up the counter. One employee greeted me with a brief hi, but continued on with what she was doing. After standing there for another five minutes or so with no acknowledgment, I left. I realize this is a busy time of the year, but a comment like "we'll be with you in a few minutes" would have been appreciated. I felt invisible. We left and went to Walgreens where we treated with respect.

After we lost our pharmacy due to Rite Aid closing, we needed to find a new one. Luckily, we came across this CVS store. There were at least 12 people in the department and they have 3 lanes to pay at their checkout counter. There was a bit of a line for checkout when I arrived, but it was evening and the day before Thanksgiving so a line was to be expected. Despite that, the line moved quickly. I waited less than 5 minutes. When I got up to the counter, I needed to update my insurance information, which they took care of quickly. They were fast and friendly and I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes, which included my wait time in line. I'm very happy with the service I received and I'm glad they are nearby to take care of any of our future needs!

Pharmacy really dropped the ball today. My wife just had a root canal and need her prescription of antibiotics and painkillers. We waited 1hr and got lunch for the order to be processed. After lunch we checked with the CVS pharmacy and we weren't in the system, no orders or anything. We called our dentist asking if they sent the order, the address was correct and everything. So they sent it in again. After 1hr and 20min (yup I kept track of time)we asked them again and still no prescription and her name wasn't in the system. So I called the Dentist again for a 3rd attempt because my wife was starting to feel pain again. It wasn't until I brought my phone with the Dentist on it and said that they should print up our prescription and the man said the same thing. "No you're not in our system, I have nothing" and the Dentist confirmed their E-mail, number and location confirming that they sent the prescription 3hrs ago. After I said "it feels like we're getting the run-around" another pharmacist comes up and slightly annoyed and angry (understandably so) says "they're right here, their order will be ready in 7 minutes", I thanked her and apologized the the Dentist for CVS's incompetence. I donno if it was just that one employee but the other person knew what we were talking about. We got our stuff and left. Total time spent waiting was 3hrs dealing with some guy who couldn't find us and it took 2 minutes for the other employee to help us. I don't know about all y'all, this store is nice for its conveniences but the pharmacy sucks and I'm not the only one who complained about it.

I ran out of COVID-19 Home Tests. They had a stack of them on the shelf behind the pharmacist. I found out why, despite being a 77 year old male on Medicare, they wanted to charge me $26 per box of 2 tests. I've had COVID-19 for 10 days now, was wearing a mask, parked in a handicapped space in front of the door. No thank you CVS, my business will continue to go elsewhere!

Today I was 7 minutes late to pick up a prescription from the pharmacy and the pharmacist wouldn’t even take the 30 seconds that it’d have taken to give it to me. Don’t go here for prescriptions. Go elsewhere.

The supervisor lied to me. At about 6:00 pm - 6:20 pm, at 20475 Yorba Linda Boulevard, Yorba Linda, CA 92886 (Eastlake), the pharmacist did not give me a receipt. She said it must have been emailed to me. No email, and I did not request it emailed. After waiting for supervisor to help the pharmacist, the supervisor couldn't print and had to wait for another person. She said "someone IS PRINTING it". After I waited again ... I went in front and found out that the person who would print it was out of lunch. The supervisor lied. Why did she have to lie? I had to wait again for the team member to come back from lunch. Then, the team member arrived and she gave me somebody else's receipt. The credit card # did not match. I told her the last 4 of my credit card # and she wants to see my card (for what???). Three employees ... there's gotta be someone capable or honest (maybe in another store, but not this store).

Zero star. The employee named Kathi was really unprofessional and rude. So this morning, I was working an Instacart order with only 2 Binaxnow Covid test. One of the box was opened and damaged but I did not see until I went to the car and check it before delivering to my customer. So I went back inside the store to get a new box. I told Kathi the box was opened but she accused me of lying and kept saying the box wasn't opened at checkout. She was having attitude when giving me a new box by throwing it on the the table without saying a word. Unacceptable behavior from a store employee.

So I need weekly Covid tests for law school and this place has a rapid test right? Normally I go through drive throughs and it takes a solid minute and a half for PCRs but this time I was out of town and needed a result today so I booked a Rapid and drove here so I can head to my day job right after. Bruh. I been here an hour now, just sitting in the lobby at their random, inside-of-CVS doctor's office waiting for a physician, because somehow I have to have a full physical done for a rapid Covid test? They made me swipe my credit card to put on file before even scanning my insurance card and demanded I agree to pay whatever isn't covered and I'm thinking "oh okay it's a Covid test. Should be like $0.05." Now I'm thinking "Am I gonna get stuck paying a copay for a doctor's visit I didn't agree to?" Why wasn't that advertised? Would have been nice to know this was going to take a full hour of my day for a 10 minute test? Imma just go somewhere else next time lol. This is really ridiculous. Not to mention I came here before and was 5 minutes late for them to tell me tough luck. Now I see why because it isn't just a quick do it and leave but a whole ordeal.

Changing my mind today because the RN that treated me left as in quit the facility and service today was not the same. Siiiiigh. I still liked the sales that took place a few days ago from what I got. So. I'll likely not return to this branch again since CVSes are everywhere. This was just a two-time visit place.
