Dude, why can't I just pick up my prescription without problems? I gave them my information, insurance card, everything. They're going to tell me that they don't take my insurance. I went to another cvs and got my prescription no problem. I never write yelp reviews but this situation had me pissed. And it stinks. Why does a pharmacy smell like gym socks?

Worst Pharmacy!Got a text saying your medication is ready for picking up . But when I got there, the guy closing the door saying we are closed for lunch . I said I got the text , he said I know but we are gonna have lunch .... Come back again!

I have had mixed experiences at this location - vaccine scheduling has been very simple and organized; lately (2023) however, the pharmacist appears overwhelmed by the volume. An example is multi-hour backlogs to fill an order. The CVS district pharmacist needs to do a better job ensuring adequate staffing, to avoid overloading the store staff.

I've been to many CVS locations and this location is the WORST I've ever experienced. Their pharmacy is abysmal, and their cashier is nonexistent.The pharmacy either doesn't open on time or isn't open during very basic hours. My boyfriend went to pick up a prescription for me last month and he said 6 pharmacists came in at the same time a half hour ON THE DOT past the open hours that are posted online. Today, I went in at 1:30PM for my prescription, and they're closed. I sat there for a few minutes until an employee passed by, and when I asked them if it was open, they told me, "Oh, yeah, they're on their lunch break. Should be back at 2." Why are there not rotating shifts to avoid closing the entire pharmacy, and why is there NOTHING posted ANYWHERE about lunch hours?To top it off, I try to buy bandaids before I leave, and there's no one at the register by default. No register light was on other than the self service. The person who should be at the register is by the self service and asks if we're paying cash or card, and it she only went back behind the register when another person said they need to pick up an order. Even then, she seemed very hesitant to go back go her station. This isn't the first time I've seen their register abandoned in the middle of the day.Don't waste your time here. Get your prescription sent to the Vons next door.

I was given an EXPIRED medicine bottle. Mind you, it's only 2 days expired at the time of purchase but by the time I'll have finished it, it'd have been 2-3 months expired at least ! Good thing I checked and came back in to exchange right away. You would think a pharmacy would have at least the decency to give unexpired meds or maybe offer discounts to near expired meds. In this case, it is NOT even near expired. It is ALREADY expired! Makes you wonder why a pharmacy would do that? Bottom line to get rid of expired meds at the expense of the customer who is in need of meds?

The supervisor lied to me. From about 6:00 pm - 6:20 pm, at 20475 Yorba Linda Boulevard, Yorba Linda, CA 92886 (Eastlake Village), the pharmacist did not give me a receipt. She said it must have been emailed to me. No email, and I did not request it emailed. After waiting for supervisor to help the pharmacist, the supervisor couldn't print and had to wait for another person. She said "someone IS PRINTING it". After I waited again ... I went in front and found out that the person who would print it was out of lunch. The supervisor lied. Why did she have to lie? I had to wait again for the team member to come back from lunch. Then, the team member arrived and she gave me somebody else's receipt. The credit card # did not match. I told her the last 4 digits of my credit card # and she wants to see my card (for what???). Three employees ... there's gotta be someone capable or honest (maybe in another store, but not this store).

OK I go to CVSA lot and it's a great store but I've just recently moved in the northeast Yorba Linda and our CVS store here in Eastlake village I can't believe someone so stupid to have the handicapped parking on the West side of the store and the doors are locked on this side so if you're handicapped you've got to park there and walk all the way to the other end of the store to get in when they get just as easily either switch the parking spaces to the door that works Or change the door that opens for the handicap give me a break people sounds like somebody is suffering from a severe case of cranial rectal inversion fix it! Also their the rudest people to deal with..

This is one of the best pharmacies I have ever used! They are thorough, they follow up, This pharmacy just goes above and beyond. They are friendly when you go in, they are friendly on the phone. If you live further out than Yorba Linda this is worth the drive! There are those few people that take those extra, extra steps to be friendly but I do not want to name names because this is just overall a great pharmacy, I don't feel like just a number waiting or rushed so they can get to the next person .Thank you CVS!

Pharmacist Phil Phung was extremely rude and unprofessional. Spoke over me; and didn't even instruct me in how to use my medication for the first time. Rushed me so I could leave. Do not come here. I will never return.

Was not pleased with pharmacist service today. I asked a few questions concerning my meds and I felt dismissed. I couldn't hear him through his mask and he wasn't going to take the time to answer my questions.Must have been a bad day for him
