Thankful to have had my tire replaced at Firestone yesterday. After calling around multiple different locations, Firestone provided great service through their expertise knowledge of tires. The tires I currently have on my car were hard to find and also outdated. I was reassured with their diligence to providing honest advice when they refused to sell me tires that only had a year or two life expectancy left of them! Matthew and Paul worked well together to answer any and all my questions about choosing the right tires for my car. Will be going back for any other tire issues I run into the future.

Was about to be charged $1400 for front and rear brakes by pep boys. This even being that I have warranty on pads. I thought it was outrageous. PAUL from Yorba Linda Firestone answered my call and gave me an estimate over the phone. $300 less. Considering Paul’s price includes pads as well, I knew pep boys was taking me to the cleaners. Much appreciated and have and will continue to use your shop.

Matthew and Tony we’re amazing and so accommodating with our last-minute flat tire, and they stayed late to make sure my wife’s car was fixed. This is my favorite tire shop ever. I’ve gotten my last three sets of tires here. I drive out of my way to go here because they’re that good.

I had to get the break job checked right after leaving this yorbalinda location. The person who fixed the issue said my caliper was missing a bolt and was not seated and lifting off the rotator. He said it could have been very bad if I attempted to drive further. The shaking and noise made me pull over and my friend suggested taking in asap. Idk what to say about this.... needless to say I won't return and hope people check the work before leaving the location.

I called on the phone asking to get a brake and light inspection for a salvage title car. They said I could come in. I missed my class to get it done and waited for 3 hours, only for them to say they don’t do salvage title cars. They just said “sorry” we cant do this here you have to go somewhere else. 3 hours of my time were wasted and they did not offer anything to make up for the time they killed. Completely unprofessional. I don’t know why they told me to come to the store in the first place if it’s a service they do not provide.

Recently had a set of tires installed along with a front end alignment.
The wait was a little longer than expected BUT I will say NO ONE was standing around doing nothing! EVERYONE was working and they stayed after closing to get cars back to the customers. I didn't mind the wait at all.

Needed an alignment and tire rotation. Got them done and drove away. Got a tire sensor warning on my dash. Tried to reset it internally because I read online that they need to be reset sometimes after a rotation. Still got the sensor warning. Went back to Firestone and asked about the sensor issue. Told it was just a coincidence that it came on after they aligned and rotated the tires and there was nothing they could do. I asked if they could check and was told they don't touch the sensors so it wasn't on them and they wouldn't check. Told me they could replace the sensors for $130 per tire!! Good alignment but they lost a customer.

The staff were wonderful and accommodating. They went out of their way to fit my car's tire replacement into their busy schedule when I had a flat. Waiting in the lobby area was quiet and comfortable. While I did have to wait quite some time due to the fact that I didn't have an appointment, I was grateful that they fit me in the day of rather than sending me away.

They worked very hard to fix the issue I had with my car. After almost $1000 they couldn't figure it out, so the REFUNDED ALL THE WORK THEY DID & suggested I take it to the dealer. That is the BEST service I have ever received from a car mechanic shop! Honesty & Decency trumps all. Thank you for doing the the right thing for the consumer VS doing what makes the $. I will always take my cars to you for this reason.
