My wife's car was rear ended and my insurance agent recommended this place for repairs. To schedule an estimate and drop off was extremely easy. When I took it there everyone there was absolutely helpful and got the paperwork going in no time. They said most likely they will get it done in two weeks. Then I got a notification that it was going to be done in 8 days, however it was done in 5 days. Communication was awesome they kept me updated all the time. Lastly the work and the repairs were excellent, they did a phenomenal paint job and it looked better than when we bought it. I will definitely go back if needed and recommended to anyone.

I do not recommend this place.Very poor communication, caused me a lot of extra unnecessary stress. I felt like they didn’t care about the customer experience at all. Totally regret getting my car fixed here.

Wish I could give fix auto high marks for the repairs, they are professionals at what they do. The lady in the front with the whitish hair, not so much. She kept yelling and talking about how swamped she was and kept blaming the other workers, she did this in front of customers!!! It was really unprofessional in my opinion. The other works were as swamped as she was I'm sure. Now on to the good, fix auto is prompt with their service and kept me up to date of my car repairs.

The people in this shop are shady and EXTREMELY unprofessional. My fiancé and I had our car fixed here, and when we got it back, the front seat suddenly wouldn’t move. It wouldn’t slide back and forth, and the seat back won’t recline. Weird, since our car got rear ended on the driver side, this wasn’t an issue before we took the car in, and only had exterior bodywork done. We called the shop and told them about the issue, and they said to bring it in and they would fix it no problem. When we went in, there were two other guys in the shop who had the EXACT same issue, but the manager refused to take responsibility and fix it. He said they didnt cause the problem, even though there were two other people with broken passenger seats, and this was not an issue before they worked on our vehicle. Very shady, take your car somewhere else.

I brought my new Mazda 3 in to repair the passenger side when I side swiped a pole where I park.They did a very good job bringing my car back to it's original condition. I found two little nicks in the front bumper that I believed happened at their shop. Gregg, the manager, very graciously took my car back and had it repaired in a day. He went above and beyond in every aspect of customer service with communication, timeliness, quality, etc. They are a busy shop and working short handed, so I am particularly grateful to Gregg, Terry and Joel for helping me out, and the Technicians who worked on my car. My car looks like new again, and I recommend this shop if you want a great job done on your car too!

I would never go to this auto shop again. Slow service, lack of communication, no information on parts availability. Every nightmare you can think of for a service center. I am furious at my insurance agency for even recommending them to me in the first place.Service: Body & Trim

I called in the end of April 28th at 9am, spoke to a man on the phone about a repair redo aka warranty paint that's peeling from repairs in 2021. I was told by the gentleman that the GM has to handle these but generally it take a few days to get the archive then when the vehicle is dropped off it take total 3 days in the shop for just a bumper redo. Sounds great let me get a ride situation confirmed first but take my info. They got my name and car info and I waited for the GM to make contact and also pull the file.... not even a courtesy call to clarify my inquiry about the repairs getting started.This time meet the GM Greg, he takes photos, has me fill out an intake form so he can request for my file from corporate archives. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday by noon still no call back about my file. I call to find Corporate hasn't sent the archive about my repairs from 1 week prior. Who's dropping the ball here?
