Everyone was so kind and super helpful! I came in a bit earlier than I was supposed to and they still accommodated to me! The doctor was so knowledgeable and understanding. She also made sure my chinchilla was as comfy as possible. I highly recommend!

Dr. Richards is great, compassionate, down to earth, and helpful. The techs are amazing as well. They are a little further than we'd prefer, but the experience has been so good that we may bring our not so exotic dog there!
