I ordered a refrigerator on 11/9/2023. And the initial delivery was scheduled on 11/21. Then it was rescheduled to 11/25 due to the manufacturer's delay. Then again rescheduled to 12/14 for the same reason. Now I got a message about delay again to 3/5/2024. I called the BestBuy customer service for each delayed schedule andheard the same reason and confirmed the new delivery dates. Now on the occasion of the 4th delay, I have to criticize several points about my order experience at BestBuy:1. I chose BestBuy to purchase this item among many other stores, including Home Depot, Costco, Lowe's, etc., when all of them offered same price at that time, because BestBuy's delivery date was the earliest, as I sold my current refrigerator and needed a new one ASAP. 2. I could understand there could be a manufacturer's delay, but it should be only very exceptional, and major electronic stores like BestBuy should schedule the delivery of the products as accurate as possible. However, my experience of this order just demonstrates how much BestBuy cares more about the manufacturer than customer. How could I understand when the delivery schedule changed right next day after confirmed the date, and it happened several times in a raw. How BestBuy's order system works to schedule the delivery without considering the product's availability. It's a big curiosity. 3. We can live without television, but hard to live without refrigerator. Where could we store our frozen food after sold old refrigerator based on the original delivery date of the new one, but when it's delivered 4 months later? It's not just as simple as "reschedule or cancel" when it's delayed. 4. The delivery schedule is a covenant with customer, who chose BestBuy among others, and sacrificed their chances to choose a different store who is more sincere to their promises to the customers. So BestBuy had to double confirm the product's availability before schedule the delivery to the customer. The early delivery date without any promise couldn't be a business strategy to attract customers. Otherwise it'll be a just scam.

I turned in my laptop to geek squad to fix something with the hard drive a little bit ago. They fixed it but other issues arised (Somehow they removed Bluetooth???). So I took it in again and apparently the guy working at geek squad just clocked out randomly and no one knew he wasn't there. Love wasting time for no reason.

This is the worst location ever. I purchased a product that is just outside the "15 day return policy" on today October 17 at 3 PM! Whoever is working this location has to be one of the worst workers for Best Buy. If you own this location so yourself a favor and get him out of that building. I personally will never be back again for the way I am treated here. I'm returning a 17 dollar iPad case that's never been used and am being turned away and forced to get store credit. They said that the manager can allow some items to be returned but not all. He asked the item I was retuning before making up his mind. When he heard it's a product that's hard to sell he said to me "we wouldn't be in business any more if we returned all the items". Actually it's the opposite he lost my business for good and I will never be back again. This is exactly how you lose business. Have a great day

Bought a refrigerator last year, when best buy delivered they damaged it. A new door was ordered. They kept automatically making appts over and over and never showing up. They would call after no-showing and say it was on back order/supply chain issues. We finally asked them to just wait until it arrived to schedule more appointments because we had to make sure we were home every time and it was inconvenient. Months go by and nothing. I called multiple times recently, it's been over a YEAR and am told they cancelled the replacement order and we've waited too long now they can't do anything. Stuck with an expensive refrigerator that's dented. We let it go that the delivery men damaged our floors when it was brought in too because we just wanted the new/fixed refrigerator. So disappointed and feel scammed.

Best Buy is TERRIBLE. I haven't shopped here in years, but decided to do a video game preorder with them for one of the bonuses that they advertised that was included. I went to pick up my order today, and they surprisingly didn't have the bonus for me. Uhh? Thor ended up helping me, if you want to call it that, and wasn't able to provide any solutions to this issue. Utterly useless. I'm not sure if he was a store leader or not, but with BBY continuing to lay off its employees, this store should really look at who's employed there. I can see they've shrunk this store down after not shopping here for quite some time, hopefully this location will shut down too because this Best Buy isn't it. I had a MUCH better with the store leader at the Corona location who went above and beyond in helping me secure a preorder bonus. THAT is customer service.

Geek Squad is a joke and complete waste of time. I scheduled an appointment for an iPhone battery replacement. You have to provide your phone details/ serial number, etc to schedule the appointment. I get here only to be told they have to check whether or not they even have a battery in stock. Then he came back and said they do. I happened to ask how long the process takes. My appointment was for 1:40 and I got here at 1:15. He said my phone wouldn't be ready until 4:30. When I asked why it would take so long, he said the technician was on lunch and wouldn't be back for an hour. Why schedule an appointment during the technician's lunch hour??? And why schedule an appointment for a service you may not be able to provide?? And why not tell people it's a 3 hour process when they're booking the appointment?? When I questioned the length of time because other places have done it in far less time, he said they probably don't put all the screws back which is a bold face lie or just completely made up because other places replace the battery right in front of you so if you're stupid enough to let them get away with not putting all the parts back, that's on you. This was a complete waste of time and I would never bring anything to the Geek Squad for repair.

I ordered an 85 inch TV on Nov. 25th and was promised that the item will be delivered on Dec. 1st in my receipt, I took PTO from work since delivery schedule is from 7am-7pm but the item never arrived. I call customer service why the item was not delivered and they have moved the delivery on Dec. 8th without any reason in best buy system or even notification to the customer that they are moving it. Every time they view or try to edit the delivery date the system changes the delivery date without reason even without saving the changes. Now the TV was going to be delivered on the 10th instead of the 8th, it just keeps moving and moving longer without any reason. It scheduled now on the Dec. 12. They wasted my PTO hours and time which I could have used somewhere else. I would have understand if the inventory is backlog and have notified me but they have available inventory in the store, a good costumer service would have been best buy would make adjustment to deliver it the following day or provide compensation for inconvenience of some sort but they provided nothing.

My pc broke and had a memory management error. My grandson told me it was ram sticks. When I went to go buy new ram sticks they were in a glass protected shelf. The only problem was that I asked for help opening it and it took nearly an hour to have someone finally come up to me and ask if I needed help opening it. I asked many employees and many responded with "I will be with you in a second sir", or "I will get someone to open it for you sir". None of which came, or called. Finally a nice kind woman came unlocking it. I gave them 3 stars because the woman was very helpful

Geek Squad at this Best Buy location are a bunch of morons. Literally sat and waited for 60 minutes to be helped with a simple hard drive problem. They are way under staffed and make zero effort to accommodate or even acknowledge you. Turnaround time is a complete joke. Under no circumstances should you use Geek Squad services.. they probably know less about your issue than you do- they'll just pretend that they do to get your money. Go somewhere else, anywhere else and you'll get treated better and receive a more favorable outcome with your issue.

If I could give a minus 1000 to Best Buy I would! I would put this very negative review on Best Buy. Com but yelp doesn't give me that option! I ordered a high end washer and dryer. Put it on my Best Buy card, paid the card off prior to the appliances delivery (big mistake). Get all ready for the delivery to come Friday. They show up put the appliances in my driveway and I show them where the are to install. The guy says no, no you need a new valve, sows me a picture on Amazon and says you gotta have this. I said ok I'll go get it. He said he can't stay as it will take to long but will come back later in the day to take care of it. I asked him to take the appliances with him he says their policy is if they take them off the truck they can't go back on. But be assured he will be coming back. Well I had a weird feeling so I call Best Buy Concierge service as I am a member and after speaking to several people I get them to reschedule the install on Saturday between 12:30-6:3O. I get a call at 6:45 a.m. saying they will be here in 30 min. I tell them my time is 12:30-6:30 and I'm not ready for you. He said no one told me of the time just to come install. I said I can do it in an hour. He said ok. Well mad dash getting everyone up and preparing for their arrival. They don't show up till after 10:30 the one guy comes in and says this valve is wrong, takes it off and hands a piece to me and then does something to the valve and I can hear and smell gas, he says it's fine. In the meantime his partner picks up the door they had us take off and moves it down the driveway. (This is an issue later) The install guy takes the boxes off the washer and dryer and says he can't install this as it's the wrong dryer it's not steam like the paperwork says, and that I need to contact Best Buy as they ripped me off. I try to get in the phone with Best Buy but end up going through a countless questions and having to push 1 or 2's. Finally I get on with Allison who has me check the model number, she verified it's the correct model and has me go check with the installer. I walk to end of driveway and they are gone! They left with the washer and dryer in the driveway and all the trash! Allison gets the shipper on the line who says they never delivered anything to me. She hangs up with the shipper and puts me on hold. After about an hour in with Allison she tells me that the installers are on their way back and for me to video the entire process. She says call back if anything comes up. Well it's about 12:30 now so I sit and wait for installers till 3:30. No show again. I call again and they know nothing. Repeat that a dozen more times. I ask for a supervisor, funny they don't have one. That I'm told about 8 times the other times they transfer me to one, who ends up being the didgital something supervisor and he transfers me to an appliance supervisor who tells me it's a shipping issue and then I'm transferred to a line that says we are closed and automatically hangs up on me! Finally about 6:30 a "supervisor" calls me back telling me she's not going to help me because I refused install! I asked her do you really think I would call all day asking where my installer is if I refused an install. She said well what do you want me to do? I said get these appliances out of my driveway! I live in association and we have to park our cars in the driveway. She said that's not her problem. She can't have anyone out here till July 8th! A week! I'm shocked at this point. I said they are sitting in the mid driveway, shall I hire someone to move them to the street? She said they are in a garage and she has pictures. I asked her to send me the pictures as I don't have a garage! She said yea you do! I think I would know if I have a garage or not, well it must be invisible as I don't have one. She proceeds to tell me if anything happens to them I will be responsible to pay for them. Your people left them in an insecure area how am I supposed to

Great place to find secret items like Graphic Cards, PS5s and XBox Xs, they have a warehouse so it's more likely to be in stock, I stop by frequently and have been happy with the results. Also the staff is cool they help me out and we have a good laugh.

a big thank you to hunter and brandon - my ipad pro 11" with the m1 chip was frozen! the usual power + volume up buttons was not restarting the OS - this is rare according to brandon ,but they got it restarted with a force restart manuver - you guys are great - thank you very much! ! !
