“Veronica (site manager) always picks up the phone! It is refreshing to not only always have someone answer the phone, but also to kindly answer all questions and make the process so simple. Once I had checked in - very easy - I backed into my spot only to learn my trailer hitch had fused with the ball! It took nearly an hour, but Art (site specialist) helped me break (without harming car/trailer) my vehicle free from the trailer with a fork lift! Anywhere else, this would have cost me a whole day. Without Art's help and insight I would have been forced to drive to a repair shop and would have been charged a small fortune. “Kathy was so sweet and helpful. We were in a pinch. We needed to store things from the estate of a family member. We had it in another facility and it was difficult to get into. The cargo elevator was broken for weeks and it was not very clean. The person we dealt with was neither nice or helpful. So we found A Storage Place. The unit was very clean and secure. The price was very reasonable and I love that they have auto pay. The units are easy to get in and out of. If we ever need storage again, this where we are going. Thank Kathy!!”
