Pet Supplies Plus is a welcoming neighborhood store that offers a wide range of products for pets, including natural and made-in-the-USA options. The store's friendly and helpful staff are always available to assist with any needs, and the community-focused business regularly hosts fun events and supports local adoptions. Customers can shop in-store or online with free curbside pickup or same-day delivery. The store is always clean and has a cute photo-op area for different holidays. It's a privately-owned business, and the pride of ownership is clear. The prices are competitive for pet food, although a few dollars higher than other local small stores. The store has a wide selection of food for dogs, but the selection of grooming tools could be improved. The dog wash is clean, but a sign with etiquette in the area would be helpful, as some customers have left used towels on the floor. The staff is generally friendly, although a few instances of dog accidents in the store have been reported.
