But last time, I heard one of staff was shouting to dogs. ( dog was crying) It was really uncomfortable.

Volunteered for a German shepherd rescue (GSROC) in front of PetSmart. Staff were friendly accommodating. Store well stocked organized and clean. Dogs were well received by public.

Great place to get pet supplies. The only downside is that they sell mice to be fed to other animals. What a horrifying way to die.
