“Contains a Trader Joe's! What more can you ask for? The parking lot is massive; therefore is plenty of parking, so there is no issue on that front. If you are in or around the area, check this plaza out and you will find some unique shops and plenty of room to walk around and browse.”

“There is 3 Starbucks same distance from me and I hands down goto this one every single time. The service is fast especially for how busy they are and staff is ALWAYS friendly. Theres no drive thru but they doesnt slow down the customers. Which shows their exquisite service. I sometimes sit with my coffee and read or write on the outside tables.”
“Great shopping center deep in the city of Yorba Linda. It used to be a packing house back in the day, hence the name. There are great restaurants, a few medical offices, and a bunch of different great little places to check out. It's gone through a lot of changes over the years, and is totally worthy of your time. Parking is not an issue, as there is an underground parking structure that is easily accessible. Check it out.”

“I frequent this Plaza a lot since there were a few of my fav eateries that opened up here in Yorba Linda the past years especially Handels Ice Cream opened up here last year in Spring.There are a few medical offices, urgent care, salons/nail shops.~ Lone Wolf Brewery which i yet to visit~ Chili's is always a family & American Favorite~ Jersey Mike's~Stefano's Is a Fav place to grab hot sandwiches & delicious ham. Their honey ham is amazingly better than honey baked ham actually. Really moist & seasoned perfectly sweeten.~Handels Ice Cream. Everyone has heard of Handels. Their ice cream is good and packed w so many scrumptious flavors. A great dessert spot to enjoy after dining around the Packing House Square.~Made Coffee. It's a simple Korean modern coffee shop. Serves yummy lattes that just opened up.There's a UPS store Located in the corner of Imperial Highway & Yorba Linda Blvd. lots of parking available. Even have an underground parking lot.”
“Several businesses. Vons Supermarket is located here. A New Chinese restaurant a couple of doors east of Vons is a great place to eat. Food is excellent, great service, good prices. Food is very tasty.”
