Ever since the new ownership, the service has been bad and they aren't very helpful. Very rude. Also through the app, from this location you can not apply coupons nor have anything delivered.

The worker was very rude. I asked to use the bathroom but when given the 9 digit code, the lock screen was very inconvenient. When asking for clarification on the numbers, the lady said "wait" and finished making the sandwhich. It is not hard to help your customers. id never like to go here again

Poorly managed store with most amenities unavailable (ice, restroom, credit card), staff unresponsive and unhelpful and order (done through app because of credit card issues) not made correctly.

Been coming here for years and never had any issues up until the new ownership. This is not meant to belittle or bash the employees or management, hopefully this will be taken as constructive criticism. I order footlongs most of the time and have always politely asked if it can be cut in half and wrapped separately. Recently, I was never informed that it would end up being charged as two 6” subs (which is more) as opposed to the footlong wrapped in one. Had they mentioned this to me prior to making the sub I might’ve reconsidered or just accepted as is. The fact that the owner and his employee failed to tell me beforehand is what upset me. As this was news to me. Also, I have never seen a workplace with so much turnaround. Every time I go in there’s new employees. And I just had a sandwich prepared that was unacceptable, a simple flatbread that the owner rolled up like a long hotdog or taco. They really need to take these reviews seriously and make a positive change.

very bad service by the owner Ali and his son Zayn today. My sandwich was made completely wrong. I asked the owner if he could remake my sandwich the right way. I was told I would have to pay for another sandwich after mine was made completely wrong. I was then told I would be refused service and had to leave the establishment or the police would be called after i requested a refund for A SANDWICH MADE INCORRECTLY. Don't support people who do bad business like this. go down the street to your local village center for the best subway service in town!!!

former employee here. The new owner has no clue how to run a subway. The owners Don't know how to make any of the basic sandwiches on the menu. The owner Ali breaks many labor laws by not allowing his employee timely breaks, and also forcing 17 year old employees to work an 8 hour shift by themself with 1 employee clocked in. There are no cleaning standards here, the floor is never cleaned, no applicances are ever clean, there are gnats flying around the drink machine because of all the mold. The owner Ali is an incompetent owner on a power trip to take advantage of young employees. This establishment is a disgrace to Subway and no one should do business here unless you want to support discrimination, uncleanliness, food safety hazards, and incompetent management.

Too many mosquitoes *gnats meaning it’s not clean. Outside looks clean but inside definitely dirty. Only kids working so I bet its dirty^call food inspections please

Wish I could give less than 1 star. WORST subway I have EVER been too. Both owners didn't even know how to make a simple cold cut sandwich, they put 1 layer of freaking ham are you serious? They're excuse was that they are new. So how are you training you're employees when you can't even make a basic sandwich, very upsetting and I will not be back here, don't waste you're time at this **** hole

I bring my grandkids here after park or trampolines etc. great and consistent products. Staffing can be short just do to labor market but always pleasant.

Garbage @ss order ahead footlongs! Got home and saw that they barely put any meat inside even compared to other subway locations I ate at the preceding week. If they're going to try to cut costs and corners like that then they might as well just call it quits and shutter this sh1tty location.

I ordered a pick up at this store. After 30 min, my order is still not ready when I walked in the store. The bread open sit on the counter, and the staff not there. Thar's not a big deal. However, the staff sneezed two times during my sandwich making. He turned his head to the side, but neither close to the ground, nor to his elbow. He did not wear a mask (especially during covid) and he also did not wash hands and change gloves after sneezing ( the tiny mucus drops can be on gloves, then transfer to foods). I should have reject the sandwich, because I still feel gross after went back to home. I feel gross to eat that sandwiches, because I felt the poor hygiene management of this staff and this store. Will not order from here anymore. I suggest better order after you arrive, and monitor the entire process of them making your sandwiches, so that you can better assure there is at least no mucus and dirt in your food! If you see sneezing like mine, ask them to remake it. After all, the staff gave me a leaked bag, not able to carry, cause I ordered multiple foot-longs. OMG, I feel the store management is bad in every aspect. Horrible employee training and management!
