I want to start by saying that my experience at this location has always been great! Always quick and staff is usually friendly.I went in a week before Christmas to print nice labels for all of my gifts. I spent almost $20 on some Avery labels. There were 12 sheets and I was going to use 10 of them to make mine and my brothers kids labels for Christmas gifts for work and their classes. I had to email the files to their store email. I did so and called to confirm they got it and came in. I was helped by Arthur. It wasn't my first time being helped by him, but I usually just have Amazon returns. He is usually a more straight faced person when I come in but I don't really mind as my transaction is always quick. This time, I came in to make these labels and my experience was very different. I told him that I always do a test on a piece of paper and write an X on it and sent through printer to ensure we know how to enter the label papers in the feed and print on the right side. He assured me that if he used the side tray, it bypasses any other print job and he's done it before. He sent the fist one through and it prints on the wrong side. That's a waste of a sheet . All he said was " well that's a first." He never apologized and just tried to hand it back to me. I was like oh ok I guess you can trash it. Now we know how we need to enter it so a few others were printed. Then he printed one of the files twice. That was a waste of another page of labels and I had none left to make if I needed more. Printing all the files took about 45 min. When I went to pay I asked him if he could give me a discount for his errors and waste of my product/time. He said "Unfortunately not." I mean, it was only about $8 but it was the principle. I tried to tell myself it's Christmas time and maybe he was just having a bad day because I am sure it's super busy this time of year for them. By the next day, I was still upset at how he handled the situation and how he his demeanor wasn't empathic so I decided to write the store.I am glad to say that the owner Hanswahini Kumar called me right away, but I was at work. They emailed me, apologized for my experience, and refunded me for my print job. I appreciate the owner making wrongs right. I will keep this as my home store. Thanks, Hanswahini.

My friend left for family emergency on 9-20-23 to Tampa Florida. She is immune compromised. Forgot her most important medication! I mailed it on Wednesday 9-23-23, before 0900. Had to send overnight shipping. Today is Friday 9-25-23, 1330, still no delivery! The package was capsules, the cashier saw this and put it in a small box.I'm extremely disappointed with their saying overnight when it "may" take 3 days. Seriously she may end up in the emergency room today!!!!Soooooooo upset, helpless and disappointed, 120.00!!! Down the drain with my friend!!!!!!!!!No star option is not given!!

Absolute worst shipping store I've been to. They packaged my item for sale in a box that was too small and it was damaged and bent. I won't be coming back here. The UPS store on the other side of town is 1000x better than this one. I will go to that one even though it's farther away to avoid this horrible place. Totally ruined my item. Waste of my time and money...

Great location - super friendly staff. Staff is very attentive and courteous. Call beforehand if you want notary because the individual who performs notary may be at the store down the street. 5 stars!!

I have been coming here for number of years and they are always very friendly and provide great service. The owner lady is exceptional and always helpful and courteous. We need more business owners like her in our neighborhood.

In this store, a female employee of Indian origin shouted "go back to China" to the guests, which is a serious racial discrimination. I don't see why there is any need for such staff to work here or for such a store to exist. UPS should shut it down ASAP!

Went in to drop off a package and walked in to see an employee shout racial obscenities towards a customer. Couldn’t believe what I was seeing. The store needs to fire that employee asap!!!

Used to be my favorite neighborhood UPS even before I moved into the area. There seems to have been a change in management or ownership, because service isn't what it used to. Staff (not the old crew) is much less helpful and friendly, very slow, and sometimes demands Amazon returned items in packed boxes even though label says no packaging required for returns. A few times the girl at reception even outwardly changed her expression when she saw that I only dropped off Amazon returns. Maybe Amazon should be aware of their reluctance to accept returns? I have been going to Whole Foods for all Amazon to save time and energy.

My husband and I went to ship out a large box we were returning to Overstock. We had some hiccups getting the label to ship back to them. After several failed attempts to our personal email, we were able to email the shipping label to the store. Nick and Cassandra were super patient with us (right before closing). Hiring good employees that deliver good service without the bosses being there shows a lot about your store. I've lived in the area almost 30 years and always went to FedEx, but you've got a returning customer in our household. Thank you for the great service!

I accidentally left a phone in a jacket that I was returning I called them and asked if they could locate it and it was already sealed in the box. They spent time calling the phone trying to locate which box it was in and they were able to find it and give it back to me. INCREDIBLE customer service they went above and beyond!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I usually would not review a UPS store, but Danny at this store makes returning packages and buying boxes or sending packages a pleasant experience. Very welcoming and always in a great mood and helpful. Give the man a raise!
