We just wanted to say that we are very pleased with the two rings we purchased from Tungsten World. My wife and I got matching tungsten rings recently and we both have received many compliments on our rings already.Both rings are made well and have nice weight; the quality is outstanding. Additionally, they are both comfortable to wear and are very attractive.We would definitely recommend Tungsten World to anyone looking for a ring, whether it’s custom or not.

2nd UPDATE: On a whim, I tried contacting TungstenWorld after Christmas through their web site and I not received a response, today (Jan 3, 2023), I received my replacement ring and a return label for the wrong ring they had previously sent. I don't know what was going on when this first happened, but this time their service was excellent. Kudos to Brandi for working through this with me! By the way, they no longer carry my original ring, but I found one that I liked just as much. UPDATE: After reading other reviews, I am realizing the chances of getting my correctly sized ring in the style I ordered is probably not going to happen. I have amended my review to one star, only because no stars is not an option. I am sure I could purchase the ring I want, but will never do business with this company again. I have purchased four rings from TungstenWorld.com and all of the purchases were smooth transactions with no problems. However, trying to get a resize exchange has been less than satisfactory. I sent my 6mm ARES ring in for a smaller size and was sent the wrong ring; it was 8mm and a different style. When I reported this to TungstenWorld, they had me send it back to be replaced. About two weeks later I received a a replacement for the replacement and it was exactly the same 8mm ring of the wrong style that I had just returned to them. I have been trying to contact them by replying to the last email I had received from them, but have not received a response. I have tried calling and left a message, but no response.

I bought a beautiful mens ring, size 10 from them. (I had thought anyway). I had it shipped overnight to get it faster. When I opened the package there was a plain silver band, size 4 in it. The paperwork inside with the ring was for someone else. I called every number that I found through their Facebook page, their website, another phone number that was on the fed ex package. I even called the person that the ring was suppose to be sent too. NOT one person answered, and all phone calls went straight to voicemail to leave a message. In which I did. I sent an email to their sales department. I also sent another message directly to them through chat. One of the phone numbers that did answer was from a different company in Texas that had no idea what I was talking about. She did say that she had gotten a few phone calls that were also asking about this company. The account I made through their website is not working for me either. I can’t believe this was a F@?$ing SCAM! This is the ring I bought. And this is the ring I got.

I am in shock at how poor the customer service here is. the rings are fine...if you can get them. if you have any problems with the ring or need to exchange or return, it's a nightmare. the phone# doesn't work. it takes weeks for them to get back to you via email (if they bother to reply at all), they do NOT have quality return forms or anything. i sent a ring back for replacement with a smaller size and it just disappeared into a black hole despite me getting mail tracking. do NOT buy from this company. i don't understand how anyone who left good reviews was able to work with this company. they totally ghosted me and only responded once i got aggravated that the ring i already paid for was never exchanged for the size i needed.

I’ve been trying to get in contact with someone from this company but no one seems to want to help. The phone numbers do not work and they send very basic emails that are zero help. I give them an F for effort.

They claim the ring is covered for life against damage including the polish. After 12 years the polish is completely gone and looks terrible. We were told that the ring has to be broken for them to replace it because we bought it from the company back when it was tungsten forever. They still use pictures of rings labeled tungsten forever. They don't even back up their own claims.

Despite Tungsten World transitioning management a couple years ago everything for me as a customer has been seamless since my original purchase in 2015 and a recent purchase. I purchased my husband's wedding band in 2015. It has been absolutely perfect!! Unfortunately we are navigating some health stuff for him and he needs a size smaller to make sure we don't lose it in a parking lot somewhere. We did not want to take advantage of the sizing lifetime warranty as we want to keep the original ring we were married with since our bands were blessed at our wedding mass. I emailed to make sure the ring style was still 100% the same before I ordered a new one since the picture looks a little different online than my husband's ring and despite new management so I'm sure an entirely new system, they located my original order and got back to me within one business day confirming I could go ahead and order the ring as it's still the same one. I can't wait for us to get the new ring in the mail so he can wear his ring without worrying. His original ring still looks fantastic and I know the new one will too.

I ORDERED A WEDDING RING FOR MY HUBBY, FOLLOWED SIZING INSTRUCTIONS AND IT CAME IN A BIT TOO SMALL... I EMAILED CUSTOMER SERVICE, GOT A PROMPT RESPONSE WITH THE INFO I NEEDED FOR THE RETURN... SHIPPED IT BACK, SENT THEM THE TRACKING # AS REQUESTED. I EMAILED AGAIN AND ANGEL RESPONDED BACK RIGHT AWAY! HE EXPLAINED THAT HE WAS A ONE MAN SHOW RIGHT NOW (WHICH I TOTALLY UNDERSTAND!) AND HE THEN MADE SURE I WAS TAKEN CARE OF ALMOST IMMEDIATELY! I GOT THE REPLACEMENT RING A COUPLE DAYS LATER AND IT IS PERFECT!!! ANGEL IS THE BEST!! THANKS SO MUCH :)

Do not order from here. We ordered a ring in wrong size so returned it to get a smaller size. We sent it back not once, not twice but THREE times and they sent back a 12 all three times!! We finally just asked for our money back and for a ring somewhere else. It was a terrible experience and they just kept giving me the run around and even forgot to ship it to me one of the times. Please don’t buy from here, you most likely will not be happy.

I ordered my fiancé’s wedding ring a week ago and was accidentally sent the titanium version instead of the tungsten version that I ordered. I contacted their customer service team and received a very friendly, timely and apologetic response. They acknowledged the error and sent me the correct ring right away. I received it today and it’s exactly what my fiancé wanted. I definitely recommend them!

This company is the worst. 3 years ago they were great and a joy to work with. Now that they are transitioning management nothing is being done and my ring is no where to be found. No one is available by phone, email, or messenger. This company is a sham and I do not recommend doing any business with them.

If I could give zero stars I would. Tungsten World has been transitioning management for MONTHS without noting that on their website and still taking orders and returns as usual. EXCEPT they are committing THEFT. My roommate sent in her ring 3 months ago according to their return policy to get it resized. After the package sat at the post office for almost a week they picked up the package. Their number is no longer working. They say they are transitioning and that someone will be in contact by a date but all the dates they have given have past. The last was May 16. They should never have accepted the rings. Now we are out $150+ THEY ARE COMMITTING THEFT AND FRAUD. HORRIBLE COMPANY AND THE ONE THAT HAS ACQUIRED THEM. BBB will be notified and legal action will be taken. This is the response "Tungsten World" gave me. Hello, our new management will be in contact with you this week or next and should allow for assistance then. Currently the site is not accepting orders while the transition is underway. Thanks for your patience. This is unacceptable and I will continue to leave messages and poor reviews everywhere I can. It is simply ridiculous that they would take and keep someone's property without providing them any recourse. That is THEFT!!!
