Tellers are not trained well. Customers are paying from their time waiting longer time in line. Tellers are cold and taking their time on simple transactions like moving money from one account to another in the same bank. Branch is understaffed since the merger with union bank. They took on another bank with no increase in staffing. Greedy and disrespectful.

They will steal your money. I am at the branch right now. I spoke with the Manager Simon Vu. I was on vacation in Costa Rica and went to get money from an ATM. It said there was no account associated with my ATM card. I logged into the App and it said the same thing. I have 2 direct deposits linked to this account. I returned to the US last night. The "manager" can only read screens. The screen told him that the account was closed on August 11 by the "back office". I think this is political retaliation for supporting conservatives. If you bank here they can just close your account without notifying you and not tell you why or what happened to your money. If you have an account here, I highly recommend closing it. You can reach me on Twitter/X if you want to confirm any of the details that I posted. The government is forcing us to comply with their woke leftist policies.

Recently, I had the task of being a co trustee of my father's estate. One of the first things I had to do was open an account for the trust. Because of the way it had been handled by the previous trustee and exector. It was very hard to find a bank to handle the deposits frome the trust. ( go figure, large amounts of honest money in non interest bearing accounts?). US Bank and Michael Aguilar were recommended to me, and boy, was that a great recommendation! Meachael got the trust accounts set up in just under an hour and has been so helpful on every twist and turn as my brother and I are working to manage the trust. Michael is at the Yorba Linda branch, but I am told he is moving to the Fullerton branch next week. While the trust account and the three personal accounts, opened because of his service and customer commitment, will remain in the Yorba Linda branch, I will be opening any new accounts with Mixhael at his new branch. Thank you for helping me to do a good job with the trust. Respect

I've been a customer at US Bank for several years and I enjoy banking at this location. The employees are very friendly and professional and I rarely have to wait for service.

Customers should not know more than the employees of a business. I took the time to go into the branch office of US Bank which is the bank buying Union Bank, of which I am a long time customer. The branch office looks neglected. The employee at the window did not have an ID plate usually next to the teller and he did not wear a name tag. I first said I wanted to withdraw money; however I was told that I cannot withdraw money from the branch. Oddly, I have been able to withdraw money from the ATM, when it is working. The ATM here also looks neglected and out of service often. Then, I ask him about automatic transfers. He told me that after 90 days I will have to contact the institution doing the automatic deposit and give them the new account information. It was obvious he did not know but was guessing. I did the research myself and like I suspected, he was wrong. In most cases the accounts are being merged, which is normal for a bank buyout. He told me his name was Mike-ee or Mike E. but who knows, because he had no ID at all. He could have been a random person who just walked in and stood at the computer which would explain my experience.

This is my favorite US Bank branch, the manager Simon and his team are outstanding and always willing to help. This is not your typical bank where you are just a number, they get to know you and your family.

I run a local business in Yorba Linda and needed to do a refi for one of my rental property and I didn't have very much extra time on my hands. I had reached out to a few different mortgage lenders and no one seemed to really be interested in helping me. I stopped by my local US Bank in Yorba Linda and spoke with the branch manager Simon and he introduced me to Sal Rios his home mortgage lender. Sal was able to help me with a new loan and made things so easy and convenient. Sal and his team gave me great service and a great rate. I will going back soon to refi my personal home as well. Thanks guys!

Some of the cashiers take forever to take the next customer like if they were in a competition to take less customers. There is a cashier on her 60's that last time i was here made a racial discriminatory comment I just ignored her and thought it was me but no..is her..I confirmed she treats people differently . Did not took her name..I will report it..never experienced racism in ANY us bank branch other than Yorba Linda, CA

I was a member of us bank (17years) because they were close to my home. They were so friendly, knew me by name, and because of this, I encouraged my business partners to open our new account with us bank. When us bank closed in the market - including the ATM- I had to go to this branch. Since then, there has been nothing but trouble with my account. They continued to mix my personal and business account and ended up charging me fees for their mistakes. Mistakes I get, but rudeness, employees talking poorly behind fellow employees backs, the same employee talking about customers in front of other customers, not apologizing for more than three errors, and the ultimate- telling me I'm crazy. All by the same individual who ironically, is in Customer Relations. Needless to say - we pulled out. I don't recommend this branch to anyone.

This bank and people, especially the branch manager Simon V. are a complete joke! I started at the location in the Smart and Final in YL and as they looked at my check and let me know they have a $2500 check cashing limit as "their vault is not as big as a normal branch" (though they probably have 10's of thousands of dollars available) the girl called and confirmed that another US bank branch could do it and told me that they could at this fairmont and YL blvd location could. So I get there and the teller says they cant. (it's a $5400 insurance check, that I need the funds asap to fix my house and pay the contractors, that was made out to ME and my mortgage company) which my mortgage company already endorsed on the back with the paperwork saying that from them that they did. I then talk to the teller manager probably and that was worthless, then to good old Simon V. To which after calling the back office (the same one that will deposit the check after verifying its endorsed by both parties by LOOKING at the check just like they can) then said they would not cash their very own check written by them. Yes I was very frustrated and did say a snippy remark as I was being slightly talked down to when Simon said (haha) that this check is made out to the mortgage company.... No Simon Said its made out to ME and my Mortgage company to which they already endorsed it to be cashed. Then after wanting to open an account to deposit the check was refused to open an account because I was "rude". Poor Simon. Get some balls. There is a reason why, and I cant believe I'm saying this, I bank at Chase, they have their sh*t together are aren't complete morons, and actually will do all they can to help and get things done (and actually have a lot more authority it seems) Just go to Chase down the street they are amazing. And you wont feel like you're in a bad 1980's movie with the decor and grossness of the branch. Update: I went the the US Bank in Anaheim hills the next day and they cashed the check... Because thats what banks do with their own written checks.

Please put up a sign when your ATM machine is not working. I made several attempts to deposit checks and it seem to be working fine until the very end and it kicked it back out to me. I did that twice, it took about 10 minutes. All you had to do was put a sign up!!! please think of others Instead of offering a snide remark “oh we know it’s broken”

Love Adrian! He always has my info ready b4 I get to the counter and knows what I need to do each time I come in before I even ask. Just sad bc he just moved to CO. Robin is another great one too! I've know her since she worked at a few other branches as well. NEVER had an issues with US Bank compared to other banks.
