Angie was such a sweetheart and was super helpful with helping me find what I needed. I drive from over a half an hour away every time just for their shop vibe, selection, and their friendly faces. “The most important thing is that Eli is the epitome of customer service. Look at the reviews. His energy is why people return. I only buy one kind of product but the place seems to have a beautiful array of other items. I love the posters and photos.However, and I say this not out of a place of malice but in hopes that maybe it will change. This is per my own observation.I'm not sure if it's just with me or everyone but the other individual that works with Eli that started not long ago or at least I haven't seen him prior to some months back, he isn't very inviting. He seems irritated when I come in.. No smile, no hi, nada. I feed off of energy and his doesn't feel right. He's not Eli. No one is but idk maybe he can practice greetings or a smile. Again not sure if it's just with me or not but just want to put that out there. Otherwise the place gets a 10 stars not 5.”

“What an amazing business! Personal service and great prices. Edgar is fantastic! I'd always wanted to try CBD for my 17 year old and partially paralyzed cat, Gary. First, I'd like to say that Gary does "walk" but sometimes his legs give out and if he's laying too long in one position and tries to get up he'll drag himself until I say, "Kick your leg out!" He then sturdies himself with his stronger leg and gets back on his feet! Edgar listened to me explain Gary's condition and my concerns about his joints that are developing arthritis and recommended the perfect product! He was so wonderful and personable. I was there for quite a while just talking with him about cats and life in general! I can't think of a business I've ever had such a wonderful experience with where the employees are just great people!!! The prices are fantastic and the shop is immaculate! To me that says so much about how everyone who works there takes great pride in their job and want the customers to have a great experience! I didn't feel silly asking questions and was given valuable information about how to use the CBD. Oh my stars! I got home and gave Gary his "medicine" and it worked perfectly! He felt so much better and became more affectionate because he was feeling better! Edgar helped give me my baby back! Gary used to stand on his hind legs and reach up for pets and he's doing that again!!! Gary now does this goofy thing where he'll stop walking and use his one hind leg to scratch his belly for a few seconds! Lmao So, not only is he balancing on his bad leg; his joints feel better so he can raise his leg up to do a quick scratch! Hahaha It's quite entertaining to watch! He's a little obsessed with his big belly! He also keeps looking at the couch like he could jump up! I know he will soon! Thank you Edgar for your advice, product knowledge and giving me some wonderful new memories with my baby! You are a great person and good soul! Vape First is lucky to have you!”

“I’ve lived down the street from this smoke shop for years and it’s the best smoke shop I’ve been to still. As soon as you walk in they greet you, ask if you’re looking for anything in particular. Very chill vibes here don’t care if you walk around to look at stuff or ask questions. They recently changed managers and I just gotta say it still feels the same. “I absolutely love this place! It's in the same plaza as Vons and Dominos on Chapman and Haster. They're currently open from 10 am till 10 pm however they will be extending their hours beginning of the year. They carry endless amounts of nicotine flavored vapes like flume etc,, The new owner also remodeled the whole place and it looks like a million bucks. Check out their new well lit cigar room. Literally down the street from Disneyland and is easily accessible.”

A newly opened smoking room topped off my visit with me getting to meet some great people. “I just started going to this smoke shop and I instantly loved it more than my old one. I just relocated so if you're moving or work in the area you need to make this your shop. They got better deals on wraps than my old one and they got really good bong quality for their prices. And the workers there are cool and got good customer service. Definitely recommend.”
