Customer service here is great and the manager Teresa goes above and beyond. My family loves WaBa Grill and we will definitely come here often. You can trust this place to take care of you.

Awful slow service. I waited several minutes and no one even bothered to ask for my order or to even acknowledge me. This business is understaffed. How do you know run a business with 2 employees during busy hours?

Ever since the remodel , and I assume the new management, this place has gone way downhill. The workers used to be nice and the food was great. Now, the workers never answer the phone, and if they do, they hang up immediately. You can't even call ahead for orders anymore.they don't understand proper customer service, as they are rude most of the time. We have received so many orders wrong since the remodel and almost always have a frustrating ordering experience. Miss the old one.

Ever since the remodel, this place has gone downhill fast. The workers are rude, especially the younger ones, they don't greet you, they don't say a word, they always get the orders wrong and the food quality is terrible. From lack of amount, to dryness, overload on sauce and old lettuce. Everything seems extremely lazy and customer service is one of the worst. They also will let the phone ring and then hang up if they do pick up. The workers before the remodel were great. Ever since remodel. Business is terrible.

The chicken and beef bowl's taste is passable. However, the beef is sometimes hard and tough to chew on. But other times, the beef is soft. The chicken usually has consistent soft and chewy texture. The rice is also inconsistent with some parts that are dry and hard, while some parts of soft.

Terrible customer service! Girl in the front looks like she wants to die. Very rude and disrespectful. They don't answer the phone for togo orders! And hardly any chicken compared to rice! Like 5-10 pieces of chicken to a whole bowl of rice!

This WaBa grill sucks just like their customer service. One of their workers by the name of "Juan" sees that I am ready to order doesn't even engage with me this is my second time coming in this week and he seems so miserable can't even crack a smile. They should look into hiring people that actually want to work.

‼FOOD POISONING‼BEWARE‼ Ordered a salmon bowl threw DoorDash for dinner here 9.18.23. Took one bite and knew there was something wrong with the fish. I have been throwing up horribly for 15 hours straight all because of that one bite. Absolutely horrible that you would do this to your customers. Who ever prepared my meal knew damn well that fish was bad.

So I haven't been here for quite awhile. Hubby loves to cook so we rarely go out anymore. We visited a few weeks ago and they have completely renovated the place. Looks clean, and new. If you want a great deal, go for the tacos which are a new item added to the existing menu. We got steak and chicken. The sauce that comes on them is so good! It has got a bit of a kick to it. I love spicy foods so that's ok with me. The tacos are cheap, about $2 something, but they are small so order two or three or four.

Don't go hear to get a chicken and rice bowl....it's all rice, 4 pieces of chicken and I broccoli leaf. Go to Chipotle..

The place was remodeled and we were excited to go back after it was closed for awhile. Very disappointing experience - this was about a month ago. - we ordered 2 signature house salads to go - on the menu it says white meat chicken and it always has been white meat on tat every waba I've visited 2) received no dressing with the salads in our bag3) chicken was fatty dark meat. I was wondering if they changed it on the menu since the reopening 4) I called the store to provide feedback and ask about the salad being white meat. 5) there is no option on the phone to speak to someone. The only option is to place and order press 2 or go to the website. It just repeated so I dialed 0 and that didn't work so I dialed 26) someone answered and didn't say anything for several seconds and it sounded like they picked it up and put it on hold a few times. Then they said "hello?"7) I asked it this was Waba Grill and they replied yes. Awkward. I told him I had a question and feedback about our order. I asked if the signature house salad was still supposed to have white meat and he said "hold on". Then he came back on after about 1 minute and said yeah it's white meat. I told him we just got 2 salads to go and that they were not white meat, very fatty and that we had no dressing with them. After a moment of silence, he said "sorry about that". Then he was silent again. I asked for his name and he said it was Jacob. Nothing was offered to make the situation right, no refund, no new salad, no explanation of why it wasn't as advertised. They made this very easy for me to never go back.

Been to this chain a few times over the year. Rather petite portion, can’t beat letter Y competitor which offers way more generous quantity.
