The Village Store is a great way to stock up on souvenirs and groceries, but it's also a very out of place feature of the park. The interior is half like a bustling supermarket and liquor store, and the other half tourist hot spot. You bet prices are inflated here. My understanding is that the park service doesn't actually operate this store so be aware that you aren't helping the park by buying from here. Get your souvenirs at the official visitor's centers if you'd like to do that.

A wonderful full service grocery store plus gift shop that can meet your every needs when you come to visit the Yosemite National Park! They have fresh fruits and vegetables, meat section, beer and wine, all sorts of bread and seasonings and ingredients for you to cook no matter if you are camping or just need something to snack or eat! Those ready made sandwiches looks very tasty too!The price are little bit higher than the grocery store at the foothills but I think it’s fair!We always enjoy a trip to this store even time we visit Yosemite!

Enjoy having lunch outside. Love The Village Store. It was raining. Play some music everyone was smiling. Overcrowded as always. Better security is needed for the shoplifting I witnessed.

THE gift shop for the park. Largest selection you will find! Disappointed by the T-shirt designs. Was hoping for a classic T-shirt and/or something comfort colors. Large grocery selection with gluten free items to choose from. All of the souvenirs you will need are here. The Yosemite conservatory bookstore has more book options and different shirts and gift items (walking distance from here).

Well... there's literally no other store within a couple hours since it is in the valley of Yosemite. So they have no competition. They do have a bunch of random things like food, trinkets, toys, drinks, kids stuff etc. Make sure you have your money..... pricey. Almost $8 for a chocolate bar.

This store does have a lot of just stuff. Slightly over priced but totally understandable since it's up in Yosemite. I stopped by only to get my 1 wish granted... a nice big sized mug. Picked out my mug (they just have the normal mug size) so I ended up settling for what it is... walked to the cashier and let me tell you~ I wanted to drop few things in my hand and just walk out. But I know he's the not store but he sure verbally shut me down real hard. (Hey Mr. Stapley, if you don't want to work... just don't and stay home because cashiers like you ruin other customers day)I'll pass and instead support small shops near Yosemite.

Perfect stop for provisions, and good selection of cold & warm food, drinks, fresh fruit & vegetables as well as other necessities for your camping adventures! Not too pricey & great way to travel a bit light & not load up the car too much from home!! Plan to stop here in your itinerary will save you a lot of headaches & last minute items that you forgot. Enough said - go wild :)

Four stars because some of the sales associates are not helpful. They make you bag your own items also which is annoying for the price you are paying. The good, however is that there is plenty of groceries. From fruits, vegetables, cereals, batteries, meats, souvenirs, etc. I would recommend getting everything here and there are plenty of cool tasteful options for gifts.

For a grocery store in a national park, it is well stocked with produce, frozen vegan items like gardein and impossible, non dairy cheese from mykos and non dairy milks. And not a bad wine or liquor selection at reasonable prices.
