Exceptional! Kevin worked magic on my hair for a wedding in the area. The blowout gave my hair body, waves & shine exactly how I like it. Was a wonderful experience all around. Talented, kind & friendly! Highly recommend.

I scheduled an appointment for highlight, cut and blowout with Kevin. When I got to the salon, Debra and Kevin both worked magic on my hair which needed a color correct badly. The products they used on my hair was transforming. What talent!! Beautiful highlights and cut. Best blowout I've ever had. Ten stars all the way. I left Her salon with gorgeous hair

Kevin is the man! I have a very specific style and even as a male I flat iron my hair, so you can imagine I pay close attention to detail. Not to worry, because so does he! I've never met a stylist that strives for perfection and All the while reading what you came in for, which is to stand out in a crowd not look the same. If Michelin stars could be given to a salon, you'd see at least one here, other than Kevin himself.

Really impressed by this gem of a place. It’s an institution, the only salon in Yountville, and it was perfect for getting a haircut done while visiting for the long weekend. Kevin did a great job and the quality of cut and style rivaled any salon or barber I’ve been to in the Bay Area. Make sure you stop by the ATM before you go. Ca$h only.

Moonlighting is fully in compliance with the State's orders for hair salons. I was in yesterday and was completely comfortable knowing and seeing that their strict adherence to the law in terms of sanitizing, hair cutting tools, drapes, and masks was being done. If you want a great stylist and conscientious business, I wholeheartedly recommend you phone Debrah, the owner of Moonlighting.

My first haircut since COVID-19, Moonlighting is doing it the right way! The salon is super cute and clean and follows all the protocols for the reopening. Kelvin is extremely professional, my haircut turned out to be amazing, he listens and he delivers. There are only 2 stylists so appointments are required, I recommend Moonlighting.

I have extremely course, curly hair & is always difficult to find a stylist who can blow dry curly hair straight. I called the salon & asked if anyone there was able to blow dry curly hair straight & Debbie, the owner, assured me Kevin was terrific so I made an appt. The salon is in a beautiful courtyard off Washington St. & has a relaxing, extremely friendly vibe. I was greeted by Debbie & Kevin & was taken to Kevin's chair so he could see what needed to be done. I brought all the products I use as well as my special round brush that grabs curly hair. Kevin does a fabulous shampoo & massage when conditioning & did a great job blow drying & flat ironing my hair. His vivacious personality is so inviting I felt like I have been coming to the salon for years. When checking out Debbie gave me her card & wrote down her cell # if I needed to make another appt. They both hugged me goodbye which I love. I made an appt. before leaving for a blow dry the following week but a few days ago I realized I needed to have my base color done. I called Debbie who made an appt. for me the next day. I had the formula with me so I texted it to her so she could mix the exact color I had. She did an amazing job with the color & also did a fabulous blow dry & flat iron as well. I have an appt. next week for a blow dry. I will be a regular client when we come back to stay for 7 months in May. Thank you Debbie & Kevin you guys are the BEST!!!

I just went in for a blowout and asked for my hair to be straight. They kept trying to talk me into curly hair which I have an asked for a smooth blow out. The young man drying my hair was very sweet, but he knew less about blow drying than I did. He kept curling it, then straightening it, then trying to do other things to it and I ultimately left with wavy and slightly frizzy hair thst I was very disappointed with. It killed me to pay the $60 to do something I could've done better at home.

I was really disappointed in the service here. Don't ever go if you are a tourist he will take advantage of you. I scheduled a blo out during a trip to Napa and Kevin quoted $45. He wasn't very good at blowing the hair out properly with some curl like I had originally requested and it wasn't very smooth. He was rushing and didn't spend proper time to blo out long hair. I asked if he would add some curl with a curling iron since he wasn't capable of doing it with brush and hairdryer. He did a few lame curls which took about 4 minutes, then proceeded to charge me $65 because he had to use a curling iron to add curl and called it an updo price. He failed to tell me the change of price ahead of time. Not very professional.

My wife was in serious need of wash/blow dry for my Godson's wedding in Pleasanton. We had driven to Yountville to visit our favorite boutique winery, Hope&Grace. As luck would have it, we were a bit early, but a mere 50 feet away was the hair salon, Moonlighting. Kevin had just arrived, his breakfast in hand, but was gracious enough to accommodate my wife's sartorial needs. He was extremely affable, efficient and talented, in addition to being a very nice human being. Anyone either living near or visiting this area who happens to be in need of any type of hair styling should most definitely check this place out - you won't be disappointed.
