I want to start off by saying the customer service here is completely unprofessional. I am not from here but was going to be traveling and thought this would be a great place to stay. The lady that works here is rude and unprofessional she deserves to get fired with how she treats people. I left due to feeling uncomfortable and her creating a hostile environment. So, good job on loosing a PAYING customer. I called to report her and she answered the phone and proceeded to call me names due to me speaking out about her poor behavior and refused to let me speak with a manager.

Called yesterday I was trying to book a room for the next weekend. I was asking a couple questions and the woman on the phone told me she did not have time for this and that I was wasting her time. I was just trying to research the best place to stay since this is my first time staying in Yountville. Now I know I should not be going there she was so rude. I asked to speak to the manager and she told me that she was the owner there and there was no one higher than her to speak to. Will be staying at hotel next door at Maison Fleurie.

Absolutely wonderful! The room and location were perfect but what really made the experience was how welcoming the owners are. KT went out of her way to make sure we had a relaxing visit. We look forward to coming back!

Just finished my 3rd visit and it was perfect. This is a little boutique inn, in the most perfect location with the most helpful staff. KT went above and beyond with recommendations. The famous Bouchon Bakery is just steps away, wake up early and walk a few steps and beat the crowds for wonderful pasteries. Also, catch the beautiful hot air balloons taking off across the street.Rooms: Everything you need. A great tub and a walk in shower, a fireplace, comfy bed, mini fridge, coffee maker, even a wine opener and glasses, with a cut little front patio.Walkability: Right in the middle of Yountville with so many places in walking distance

Perfect B&B! Great location! Clean and comfortable! Loved the patio and having coffee and croissants from famous bakery literally steps away.

A hidden gem in the middle of now glamorous Yountville. I almost hate to share it. Steps away from the Bouchon bakery and all of the great restaurants. And so reasonably priced for the location! If you are looking for resort or super fancy, perhaps not for you. Wonderful owner Jay and manager K.T. are so friendly and warm. We have stayed here multiple times and always the same level of friendliness and courtesy. The rooms are large with a nice big bathroom. New oak floors, country French design and murals, fireplaces and table. Check-in is laid back and easy. Room refresh provided daily if you need more towels or whatever. They will provide roll away beds for the kids. If you feel like Napa has become way too pricey, try the Petit Logis. You usually need reservations weeks/months in advance though.

Absolutely perfect experience. Location is the best in Napa Valley and Yountville. Imagine waking up to the smell of Bouchon Bakery every morning (fresh bread), and walking out the door to wonderful dining experiences a step from your room. Room was comfortable; bathroom, jacuzzi tub, and fireplace were nice. Real fireplace—top of it all. One of the most accommodating host anyone could ask for—especially for a new momma pumping and trying to bring milk back home.

What a quaint place in the perfect spot! We just returned today from a 3 night stay and it was clean, comfortable, and quiet with an AWESOME jacuzzi. It's in the center of Yountville and an easy walk to wonderful restaurants and bars. We will definitely stay again!

Our stay at Petit Logis was a dream. ?The room was spacious with a multitude of personal touches. Sheets reminded me of my luxurious percale ones back home, so that was such a pleasant surprise when we tucked in at night. The price is amazing for the location. It was so indulgent being able to swing around the corner to Bouchon Bakery every morning for pastries to eat in the private area outside our room. ? Between tastings at vineyards nearby, we were also able to walk to the local grocery to buy wine at more reasonable prices too. ? No need to even mention the world class dining available in Yountville because you likely already know.Do yourself the favor and reach out to Jay asap to book your next getaway at Petit Logis.

Location, location, location. You can’t ask for a better place to stay while in Napa for the price. Wake up, go around the corner to bouchon bakery, be there when the crowds aren’t. Need a nap between tastings? Easy to stop by for 30 while you’re running around. The rooms are big, clean and well maintained.

Exactly as advertised, quant rooms in a small inn. Just 5 rooms. Our group took up 3 of them. We all enjoyed the place and ability to hang out in the courtyard porches. Best location in Yountville. 20 feet to Bouchon (both bakery and bistro), la calenda, and a block walk to bottega, bistro jeanty, ad hoc, and others. Extremely reasonably priced for the location and quality of stay. Comfortable beds. Great shower and tub. Bring your Bluetooth speaker for some front porch listening. Highly recommend. Exceeded expectations from the dated website.
