“Wow, some of these reviews look like the customer was at a different store! The Yreka folks are awesome, their phones work perfectly and they are caring, quick and professional. They are bound by some rules and regs which can be annoying, such as the pharmacist must review some meds with the patient (despite having taken them for 10 years). They have gotten busier with the closing of the Rite Aid, but if you are unsure or don't use text notification, call them to ensure your script is ready. I think their ownly problem is some customers are clueless by definition- but the staff labors on trying to support even their health needs. I could not do their job with some of these folks!”
