I shopped here four days ago and am a regular shopper at your store. I want to thank you for having an awesome employee! I used the Self Check Out and Amber was the clerk helping at that time. She was fantastic and so helpful. She has a great attitude! Thank you Amber!

Does anyone answer phones here? Tried several departments and only electronics answered (not who I need, but they transferred me to the department I'm trying to call and still no one is answering) very frustrating. Not to mention ridiculously long lines when trying to check out. I normally avoid Wal-Mart all together!

Every time i come to this store for anything that's locked up, i end up waiting 30 minutes. They never seem to know where the keys are, or the associates never come to help. The customer service is bad. This is the only store in town that i can get what i need. Which is lame.
