They don't honor their warranties on the new cars they sale . I waited over a month to get my 21 EcoSport looked at and they kept it overnight . They don't me the next day that they didn't know what was wrong and that I could come get it unfixed otherwise they wouldn't be looking at my vechile in the foreseeable future. I left it there for 8 days just to find out that they didn't have a technician to do transmission work and they refused to offer me a loaner car or a rental so I walked to work for over a week before going to get it in worse shape than when I brought it in . Now the change oil light is on . I am sueing them and I hope everyone is aware . They are fruads and liars and very unprofessional. My car only has 34995 miles on it. I was sold a lemon and asked to sign a no lemon law form when I bought it . They knew it was a lemon when they sold it to me .please run far away from this dealer.

Just a little update, the LEER dealer just put my canopy on the truck and he ask me to come in the work area. He had me look under the truck near the back bumper where the wires are to connect the canopy light. The plug was completely incased in dryed up mud, the rest of the under side was not as bad. The only clean area was the cab. Again YELP does not allow zero star.

When we saw online a truck we would be interested in, Matt Kleier was very responsive, we went in, purchased the truck cash. Now........not one response! They are supposed to provide an updated sync navigation disk. We also found, after getting home, the truck had no tire iron, jacks, or a pipe thing that is specific to this vehicle. Either that should have been disclosed, or provided. One or the other. So we asked them to reach out to the previous owner. No response, no response, no response. Not ok! Don't buy from Matt Kleier in case you might need any follow up. You never know. There must be someone else with more character, and more responsible.

Sexist staff. Long wait times. Pushy sales people once they take it upon themselves to actually wait on you. I bought a vehicle there simply for the convenience of location, but the customer service was so bad; I will not go back.

While traveling from Santa Rosa to Corvallis, Oregon my Honda Pilot transmission overheated. I called Yreka Honda and they went above and beyond to check things out so I could get on my way!! Customer service at it's best!! Thank you so much, the lady traveling with her scottie dog

We were traveling through and having a problem with our Ford truck. Service rep Steve was very helpful in trying to diagnose our unusual problem; checked the code for us and made suggestions. They were not able to help us as they didn't have a transmission tech in at the time but we really appreciated the attempt. Thank you.

Second time a part under warranty has gone out this part is not their fault, what is is that they tell me they have the parts twice and twice after driving an hour each way they did not have the parts! No consideration at all for your time you have taken out of your day for this !! Same part they have forgotten to order both times. And with my other vehicle I brought in it was diagnosed wrong so I paid for the diagnosis which I felt it was wrong drove off only to have it towed to another mechanic as what they said it was not it 100 percent was!!! Run don't walk away from here!
