Had a confusing scare a few weeks ago where I was told a script wouldn't be ready for another week. I called back and the pharmacist helped clear things up and find a solution same day.

My 86 year old father came for a visit from so cal and forgot to bring all of his daily insulin syringes. We stopped by yreka pharmacy with the proper paper work showing he needed them and within minutes they honored our request. Thank you to the whole yreka pharmacy crew for being so wonderful!

Best Pharmacy and best customer service in town! We switched to this pharmacy after repeated disappointment with Wal-Mart over the years.

Quick and efficient. A great alternative to the others in town. I've never had to wait in line.

Started using yreka pharmacy for 7 months now and have had no issues. They are on top of having meds ready before I even need to call and have a refill. It's been amazing not to have to wait around for a day or two like other places. Thank you!!!

Today was my first visit there, and I went for a flu shot. The people were very nice and professional, and I didn't have to wait in a long line. I've had it with the big pharmacies in Yreka, and this will now be my choice.

By far the BEST Pharmacy in town!!! Exceptional customer service!!! Every single employee there is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The manager Brittany remembers you and your particular needs. Convenient & FAST: your wait time is a couple of minutes to 10 minutes at the very most. I wouldn't go anywhere else!!!

This is an update to my first 5 star review. Now after working with yreka pharmacy for several months I must commend them on their professional, consistent, and wonderful follow through on filling regular scripts. Britney has been a delight as have been the other front office workers and entire staff. The Pharmacist have been incredibly thorough, respectful and communicative. After 20 years of having our Scripps filled at Rite Aid it was necessary to make the change as every refil was a mess..... I cannot recommend Yreka Pharmacy more. If I could give them a tin star review I would. We are delighted we made the change and we are so pleased with their service that has been consistent over the last several months. That shows me that they are an excellent company!

Horrible. Rude. How hard is it to make a phone call to transfer a prescription? For the Yreka Pharmacy, who obviously does NOT care about the people in their community, it's seems impossible. A week later I had to go to Walmart!?! Yreka pharmacy you should be ASHAMED OF YOURSELF!

I highly recommend Yreka Pharmacy. The staff is incredibly kind and compassionate. They know your name and treat their patients/customers with respect and no judgments. They know what they are doing and always go above and beyond. The pharmacist is one of the kindest people I have ever met. Thank you all for being such a great example and pillar in the community! Other pharmacy's should look to yreka pharmacy as an example of how to treat others and how a pharmacy should be ran.

Today the staff and pharmacist on duty took my life for granted. And their own. How? Simple. Of the three people on duty one man whom I took to be the pharmacist and two women, only one of the women was wearing a mask, and wearing it only in the sense that it was hanging from her right hear by a single loop. As soon as she saw me come in she started to walk towards the front counter without properly donning her mask before she coughed loudly. That was the last straw for me. I need to have my prescription refilled, but not at the cost of my life. I lost my spouse of over 20 years suddenly back in march. I am dealing with PTSD as a direct result of the events that transpired when I came home and found that the woman I loved more than my own life had taken hers without warning, without leaving a note, and violently. So thanks to the reckless disregard for following health and safety protocols so basic that no one working in a pharmacy should actually question them, I had a full blown PTSD triggering event at their hands.Clearly the owners and staff of the Yreka Pharmacy don't think that the laws of science apply to them when it comes to combating a pandemic. Clearly for them 150,000+ and counting dead Americans has zero meaning. Clearly my life even less so to at least the three people on duty today who, when I objected to their lack of following the official declaration of the Governor of the State of California that the best practices being urged by the vast majority of the medical community are now mandatory for businesses open to the public like the Yreka Pharmacy, they pointed to their coughing colleague and said, "She's wearing a mask!" as if that made up for the fact that these two were the people who were physically filling prescriptions including my own.My mother God rest here worked for an OBGYN. Her grandfather was a town doctor. I learned about how to combat the spread of viral and bacterial pathogens at a young age. It's simple; we wear the mask for the same reason a doctor performing surgery wears a mask; to protect others from the spread of infection. We wear the mask because a younger person like the three on duty at the Yreka Pharmacy today can be asymptomatic carriers and can therefore all too easily pass the COVID-19 virus to a high risk 58-year-old like me if they do not.I have preexisting conditions that put me in a high risk category for contracting COVID-19. My professional and academic bona fides can be found on LinkedIn for anyone who wants to attack me ad hominem over this matter. I am not a fool, nor am I ignorant of how a contagious pathogen spreads. So yes, today the staff of Yreka Pharmacy took my life for granted. Recklessly. Arrogantly. Foolishly. And what's more, this wasn't the first time. When I refilled my prescriptions last month, it was much the same story. The only reason I returned today was that I *hoped* that the staff especially the damned PHARMACIST would be following the best practices being urged by actual professionals like Dr. Anthony Fauci, rather than the lethally dangerous pronouncements of fools on talk radio whose verifiable medical credentials are functionally nonexistent. So now I have one and a half day's worth of my medication, and I have put in a call to the medical clinic to try and get my prescriptions transferred and filled at another pharmacy like Rite Aid or inside the local supermarket. I have twin grandchildren I have not yet been able to meet in person, and frankly, I will be damned if I am going to let a trio of under 30 fools kill me with a highly contagious pathogen because they don't think that the "old man" that walked through the door of the Yreka Pharmacy today deserves to live if he and anyone else like him is going to inconvenience them with wearing a mask and acting like certified pharmaceutical professionals.

It is the friendliest, and most efficient Pharmacy we could ask for. Helpful and caring staff. Thank You
