Come here if you want to listen to Daniel the manager tell you to just call customer service because he is too lazy to do any work himself. I came here, two months ago, requesting for them to change my insurance coverage and even though I was told it would be resolved in September, it is now November and I am still overpaying. They have me set up for a family insurance plan even though I only have one line of service. When I told Daniel the manager this, he basically told me I was wrong and that they don't do that here. I was going to get a sweet deal and switch up phone plan that would end up saving me almost $40 a month and for some reason it seemed to upset him. he was especially irked that I wanted to go down from a 256 GB to a 128 GB. Even though there's only a $100 difference, it seems alas, these are salesman stomping their feet until they can scam you for every dollar you have. Honestly, this entire situation kind of makes me want to switch over to Verizon. Daniel sucks. Don't come here.

So happy with the service at the AT&T store in Yuba City. Had the problem with our phones diagnosed and fixed on the spot. Everyone was so friendly too!

I respect & appreciate the reps at my favorite store I'm yuba city California they never let me down on the service thier products they represent to me are always what it says in the fine print you will never be mislead by att the company that keeps you connected & on high demand I love my service I will never change loyal customer for years now

Went in for a phone upgrade and had a bit of a complicated task for them because I was switching around accounts and phones. Jon was the associate that helped me. He was very patient, personable, and knowledgeable. He asked appropriate questions to better understand my needs and he recommended products based on my preferences. I'll ask for him every time I go in now!

***DO NOT GO HERE***Disrespectful worker who displayed a complete lack of professionalism and respect. I went in for a simple transaction, but the worker refused to help and treated me with disrespect throughout the interaction.From the moment I went inside, it was clear that the worker was disinterested in assisting me. When I requested to pay my daughter's phone bill, they rudely dismissed me. Instead of offering guidance or directing me to the right person, they continued to be dismissive and condescending.I tried to explain my situation calmly, but the worker's behavior only worsened. They not only refused to help but also made hurtful comments that were uncalled for. As a customer, I expected to be treated with BASIC courtesy.Its very disappointing to encounter such unprofessional behavior in a service-oriented establishment. I hope that the management of AT&T takes appropriate action to address this matter and ensure that all customers are treated with respect.Their behavior reflects poorly on the establishment and this should be taken seriously. You work in CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Buyers beware. Luckily I had a friend that works at another AT&T to save me from these tricksters at this store. They are dishonest and will not be truthful. Overall a terrible experience.
