“Stopped in during a busy time of day, but they're doing s lot of things we'll. 1. Security guard welcoming folks in and opening doors. It's small things like this that make banks more humane. 2. Love the mural on the wall, Wells clearly has its roots planted in Yuba city, and this mural is evident of the investment they've made to support local business and culture. 3. Young lady came over to ask if I needed help, and assisted another customer making a deposit. I don't bank here, but if I lived local, I'd give them my business. Corporations like Wells Fargo are known for allowing corporate culture to flow down from the top, then using this blueprint across the nations without paying attention to the local community. Wells Fargo should take a closer look, and have this branch serve as an example for others to follow. Spoke to the business relationship banker, turned this 4 star review into a 5!”
“Love them, they have always been very helpful. I will never go back to the other branch. I had some fees that were incurred do to them putting a hold on a check that I had deposited at the other branch even tho I was told there would not be a hold and it had posted the next day then they pulled the funds. They were very helpful throughout the whole ordeal. Once the check hold was lifted I still had lots of fees added to my account, I went in and they were very helpful and promptly resolved my issue. I didn't get any of their names, but they were all very nice.”

My experience with Wells Fargo began during one of the most difficult times of my life—the loss of my only son, Joshua C. P., a U.S. Air Force Staff Sergeant who had earned a Master's Degree in Computer Science. He passed away in 2019 while on his way to the Sacramento Airport for a trip to Mexico. It was a heartbreaking time for our family.
During the process of handling his military benefits and financial matters, I had the opportunity to work closely with Wells Fargo and experience their services firsthand. I found their staff to be professional, respectful, and helpful. Their services, including currency exchange for international travel, were handled with care and efficiency.
One thing I especially appreciate about Wells Fargo is that everyone is treated equally. No matter who you are, everyone waits in the same line and receives the same respectful service. Some financial institutions separate customers based on wealth or investment status, but I have always appreciated the welcoming atmosphere I experienced at Wells Fargo.
I have also noticed the bank's efforts to improve its technology and services over the years. While every large organization faces challenges, I respect the work they have done to address past issues and continue improving.
What stands out most to me is the way people are treated. Whether someone arrives in work clothes, pajamas, or is experiencing homelessness, I have witnessed customers being treated with dignity and respect. That means a great deal to me.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the staff at the Wells Fargo branch in Yuba City, California. I have had the same positive experience at the Gridley, California branch as well. In a world where some businesses still judge people by their appearance or financial status, it is refreshing to find places that treat everyone fairly.
For these reasons, I highly recommend Wells Fargo Bank and thank the employees who continue to serve their communities with professionalism, kindness, and respect.

“I always have a nice experience at this location. I have not had any interactions with their bankers or other personal other than the tellers so this is about them. They always greet me with a smile and cheerful disposition. It seems I always deal with a different teller every time I come here, I don't know if they a high turnover or just a lot of cashiers. If you want to deal with a bank with friendly customer service come to Chase bank. BTW if you like to bank Saturdays be aware they will close at 2 P.M. instead of 4 P.M. starting October 2022.”
“This place is the best. Everyone Always in a good mood. They greet you with a smile. Whats nice, unlike the national type bank this place will open up more tellers. Try that at BofA. Anytime i needed help they will work with you until its done. Every new motorcycle i purchased i didnt need everything to go from the loan dept. To loan manager, to the higher ups at the branch, over to corp. Over to 3-4 other made up dept. Here its more personal. And they look at each applicaint as a person. I have no complaints about these guys. Ive been a loyal customer almost 40 yrs. Give these folks a chance to earn your business. You might find how you should be treated.”
