ATM tried to deposit a check that was for $8,640 but could only read the check as $640. What about the other $8,000??? Is the atm not used to seeing numbers that high? What kind of ghetto shit is that?

They are the only chase locally with a drive thru atm and it has been broken what seems like months. Now I came by and it's completely gone. USED to love banking with Chase!

if i could give this place 0 starts i would they are rude, never answer there phones and i've had a problem for a couple of weeks and i've called chase and they just give me false information i would not trust them and i wouldn't bank with them either there stealers

This bank is terrible. The poor customer service is why we are closing our account. Reading the other reviews I guess we are not the only ones experiencing such bad service. The teller asked us what we were buying with the money we took out. Is that the banks business? When we told them we were closing our account due to poor customer service they tried to upsell us into other services. What a l**** the manager there is. She never apologized to us. Wanted to charge us $8.00 to get our money in a check. We then told her to give it to us in cash. She said "I will have to order it" Order it? Why not waive the fee as a gesture and apologize? Nope. This bank branch could use some training in customer service

We made an appt to set up a student account for my daughter and of course there was nobody available to help us when we got there. Why make appointments if you can't have someone help you? People can take their business somewhere else. My time is precious too.

Not that you should keep your money in Chase Banks anyway.Laziness and excusesNeed anything important done? Maybe if they feel up to putting up with handling it or they have you make an appointment days later and be told there's nothing they do or maybe you're guided to another branch.

Today Nancy Velasquez assisted me in opening a savings account. I came in practically at closing because that's as soon as I can get to the bank after work and she stayed late to assist me, which is definitely going the extra mile. She was so professional, kind, personable, thorough and informative. I learned so much about savings accounts, the checking account I've had for a couple years and cool features on the chase mobile app i didn't know about! It's important when it comes to your finances to be informed and she definitely made sure i was and was aware of all my options. I've been wanting to open a savings for a while just haven't had time so her staying and helping me was extremely appreciated. Chase she's a keeper! I'll be referring people to her definitely!

Worst experience at this bank location. I have been with Chase bank for years. I went into the bank to get my last name changed. I was told I couldn't do this until my drivers license had my new name. I brought my drivers license with old last name, marriage license and evidence I had my name change on license and social security. Hapreet Singh acted like he didn't want to help me from the start. Very rude. I went to the other Yuba City location and they had no problem helping me and was able to have everything thing done in 20 minutes. I will never go to the Chase location by Walmart ever again
