I went to get some papers notarized. While the Notary can't give you legal advice, she still went through each page thoroughly to see if I missed anything, so she still went above and beyond. This company has my future business.

I needed some posters made for my classroom. I told Karen what I wanted, but wasn’t sure about the design details. She was able to create the posters with the few details I gave her. They turned out so beautiful and she had them done quick. I highly recommend Davis Printing & Company.

Am unsure if the positive reviews are fake from family & friends, but I didn't receive the same customer service as they did. Overall, I had a horrible customer service! Highly dissatisfied for treating a veteran like I'm a lower class citizen. The lady who worked behind the desk was unprofessional (she knows who she is). Like would she talk to the mayor of Yuba City that way? I came in for a scan of document today. Knowingly it'll be 10-20cents to scan a document and email to me. I came in for one document to scan, and was about to pay my bill. And she said "that'll be $5.36." Like WHAT THE F*CK! If they know it'll cost me $5.36 just to scan one page and email, they should've stated as a warning if I wanted to continue service. Because if she was in my shoes, she wouldn't be paying $5.36 to scan a document when she knows she or I can easily get it cheap at Staples and not taking advantage of a customer. I get it it's a small business, at least inform your customer, and not take advantage of them. Moving foreword, I kindly refuse to pay $5.36 to scan one document and have it emailed to me. And she said, "too late we did the job, you need to pay." And I stated in a polite manner, "I refuse to pay $5.36 for one page. I can delete your email you just sent right now and empty trash right in front you." And she raised her voice saying, "too late. We did the job and it costs us time and money. Pay $5.36 now. It's 5 pages minimum." And I kindly decline, as I only have 1 document. Like real talk, in a customer perspective, would you pay $5.36 to scan one document and have it emailed? If your answer is NO, then at least be courteous about it that I respectfully decline. I demand an apology from her and her supervisor in person "if they want me to update my review to a favorable rating, but will not be a total 5 star rating after that traumatic experience of her being too vocal and raising her voice at me." This is honestly disrespectful and bad customer service especially to a veteran as myself. Furthermore, please provide a price at your shop, and inform your customers! Your employees needs some proper customer service one-on-one etiquette. I want to support small businesses is why I chose your business, but the way she raised her voice and gave me attitude is completely unacceptable. It doesn't cost you $5 to do a scan and email document. And the audacity to say "if you don't want to support a small business. Then take it or leave it. I don't want to deal with you." And I'm like, "I can literally delete your email in front of you. It'll be as if I didn't do business. You just don't get the principle. You didn't warn me or anything for a simple job. And no where in the world you wouldn't pay $5 to scan and email 1 document if you where in my shoes."

Here's a Small Business that doesn't constantly try to guide you to the purchase, or quote you low and deliver higher. Honesty, integrity and so very importantly... my Printing Jobs are of High Quality! This is exactly what I was looking for!

Friendly staff but I don't know who said they were cheaper then other places. Simple printing was $0.15 a page. I needed 65 pages and it came out to over $10. I still prefer a FedEx Office. Just sad that Yuba City doesn't have one.
