Kimi is the absolute best she really is amazing got me in right away fixed my orange hair with amazing price and it looks amazing in every way I love it and she was amazing and so sweet will be going back and will be telling everyone ik bout her!!!!

I was impressed with this salon. It was clean, professional and my stylist, Kimmee, was really knowledgeable and she took the time to listen to what I wanted to do with my hair and we made a plan to get there. I would highly recommend this salon and my stylist, Kimmee. This salon is up to date with current styles and product aa well.

I called last week and said I need somebody who can do a mullet. They asked when I wanted to come in. I said not till the best person was available. I’m in no hurry. I’ve been letting my hair grow out for months anyways so then they said OK if I can wait till Monday, I said Monday would be fine. I get down there. I explained to the lady I had been letting my hair grow out for months so she could feather it and I could comb it back. She said no problem after she started cutting she asked what was wrong. I said I’m nervous because it looks like you’re too short she said she knows what she’s doing!!When she was done, I told her there was nothing left for me to comb back and I had told her if she went too short it would stick up she said she don’t wanna deal with me so I left and I came back to talk to her or the manager and she met me at the door and I told her she didn’t give me the haircut that I wanted and she wouldn’t let me talk to the manager. She said she had everything on video!! She didn’t tell me that she had recorded me in the salon so I thought we were going to look at the video when she slammed the door on my face and locked it, and then proceeded to call the police, when the police got there asked me what was going on. I told him about it and they said yes my hair was Butcher. I want to talk to the manager and they didn’t allow that to happen. I posted on Facebook but they blocked me on Facebook so that’s probably why Facebook has a lot of good reviews because they blockd the bad ones, worst hair salon I’ve ever been to!!

I had really high hopes because I heard good things. I called and made an appointment for 12 o’clock and explained to them I only had one hour lunch break. I received the confirmation text of my appointment. When I got there they had taken someone else for my appointment and I had to leave after 20 minutes of waiting because I didn’t have enough time to get what I wanted done. They were not rude, but assumed that I was just wanting a trim when I never said that on the phone. I don’t understand the use of appointment setting and scheduling systems if businesses do not properly utilize them and honor the customers. I wasted my lunch hour.

I was long overdue for a haircut and was relieved to get a prompt appointment with Siria! Siria is super friendly and she created a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Siria asked questions about my hair and made suggestions for the cut but made sure I was comfortable and in-agreement before proceeding. She also walked me through the styling process and what works best for my fine hair. My hair now feels fresh and healthy! I’m very happy with the results and the experience and will return!

Siria highlighted my daughters hair today and she absolutely LOVES it!!!! Siria is also so charismatic, kind, patient and knows her stuff !! Lots of fun to laugh with as well. In fact all the ladies at Element are super sweet! Thank you Siria !!!!!

Was able to get me and my two girls in no problems. I was grateful that they were OK even when my girls (3, and 5) got restless. Was great at answering my questions and said to call anytime if I had more!

I had my hair cut by Siria today and I love it! She listened to my description, plus looked at a picture of a similar style I like. Then, and most importantly, she gave me what I was asking for in a cut suited to my particular hair and face. Some stylists just cut it as described, without taking into account the client's own hair, face and so on. A hair style that works for one person may not work for everyone, so that needs to be taken into account. Siria did an excellent job all around by giving me what I wanted in a cut that would be perfect for my thin, fine hair, and I really love it! Thanks so much, and see you again soon.

Don't know what they are doing. Need to listen to what the customer wants. If they don't understand ask for clarification. Won't recommend.
