FedEx delivered a package and took a picture to show proof of delivery. Upon finding my package on my door I saw that it was open with no content inside except for the invoice.I contacted customer service. But I got an automated voice message that just confirmed my tracking number and delivery and then it ends the call. I called back and finally got a live customer service stating I have to contact vendor and that the vendor has to file a claim. I asked to speak with the supervisor and Customer service said they DON't have a supervisor and they can't give out their number. Then they hung up. First of all customer service just said they don't have a supervisor and then he said he can't give out there number. That statement just don't add up. They hire thieves and liars. Perhaps they should call themselves FED-EX-CONVICT. They can't even be honest about their business. Fedex are so unprofessional. Don't have your packages deliver by FedEx. Choose UPS or USPS. From my experience they always come through for me.

X Fedex ! Will request UPS in the future. Fedex must be hiding around the corner and attempting to deliver our package as soon as they see us leave. They have been to the house 3 times now and each time left a note. The third note was even left AFTER they saw a note on our door, signed by me, that explained we were busy people and gone from time to time, and to just leave the package at the front door where we had a camera to record all deliveries, etc. I even signed the previous note they left asking them to just leave it at the front door. Either they can't read or just don't care. OR maybe they so robotized they may not think for themselves.

I've been here many times and the staff is very helpful. There's a woman named Sandy who is one of the sweetest woman ever works there. She helps me every time find the right boxes, prices and answers all my questions. She's literally the reason I rather come here oppose to UPS or FEDEX. People like her make life easier. Thank you so much Sandy!

I went in to ship a return - a kitchen ceiling fan that I had to send back to Way-fair. I was worried because the box was torn by my contractor when he opened it. So the box needed taped up or put inside a bigger box. I arrived at 5:20pm. They close at 5:30pm. I pulled up, grabbed my box and the return shipping label. When I walked in I was greeted by an older lady and a younger gentleman. They were so nice! They found a bigger box for me, measured it, and then they had me purchase it, (was very cheap in cost) yay! They advised me they will take care of everything else. They taped up the torn box, then took my shipping label and said don't worry we will get it shipped off for me! I was so thankful for their fantastic service! So eager to help me! I will come here for my future shipping needs. Thank you both for the excellent customer service! It was 10 minutes to closing when I got there, but they gave me great service without rushing me. Made me feel like they appreciated my business! Kudos to those two employees!

Wow, in n out in 10 seconds! Two ladies working at the front counter know their stuff. I brought in a box that needed my freshly printed label attached. I brought my own tape because USPS will charge you for tape, they will not use their own shipping tape. The short greyed hair lady said she will affix the shipping label for me and proceeded to tape it using their own shipping tape. I'm not used to this, fast n free taping?! First time here, now I see where $ goes toward quality. Thanks a bunch!

PLEASE have the delivery people wear masks!!!!!!!!! He goes into multiple stores a day without a mask. So critical that he is not only masked but using hand sanitizer. Or wear gloves. I told him to put on a mask and he did after he left.

My friend sent me a package. She paid extra for overnight delivery. I had to go to the store to pick it up. 3 days later. They have no phone number so you can't call the actual store.

I threw away my ticket that has tracking number and nearly 3 weeks later get an email from recipient that they never received. Went in, lady at counter was extremely helpful, took a while for her to do but was able to look up cuz I had dropped it off there and I had some details that helped her, whereas if you call the 800 number they just say no can't be done without the tracking number. Good old fashion customer service like you used to get. Thanks to her for helping and I will continue to use this location as I need to send anything overnight!

Fed ex drivers like to kick little puppies. This is the worst company. I will never do business with these people. The driver kicked my poor little 5 month old puppy for no reason at all
