came here to shop for a friend’s daughter’s bday present. made an executive decision to wait to use the restroom till i got here already was holding it for an hour . i walk in and knowing they have to unlock it i procceed to ask the clerk if i can just go pee real quick, and he says “ it’s closed for the night” in a very condescending tone. it’s not even 7:00 it’s literally 2 hours before they close. Usually something this small wouldn’t bother me , but the additude from dude wasn’t necessary, poor customer service here.

One of the employees were very rude to my friends kept telling us to not play in the store when we were just looking at makeup and then chased us out of the store cause he thought we were messing around when he was watching and following us the whole time and yelled at us to never come back in the store and pulled the door shut. my overall experience is a 2 stars out of 5 and the store was also very messy and toys were everywhere and you couldn’t even go down a asile without seeing opened toys and toys all on the ground and the workers just walked right past it.

A lot of Chinese cheap & cheerful 'stuff. ' you didn't know you needed to exist, and ignorance IS as they say "BLISS" UNTILL they have something you could use.

Minimal customer service. Even when you go directly to them for help. And it's 100% self checkout. Idk just so meh!

Love this store and the customer service is really good but the store is a absolute mess. I understand that they are now having employees ring out customers in self checkout and thats fine but the company needs to hire more employees to clean and maintain the store. It's not okay to comtinue to run off skeleton crews do better 5 below

Lots of cheap and cheaply made pop culture stuff. No cashiers, just a monitor. Good place to get disposable things like tennis balls for my dogs

Cool stuff. I buy art supplies there, they have candy up the wazoo. I also bought all the stocking stuffers for the kiddies from last Christmas. Worth a visit.
