Tonya, Amanda and Amy are so motivating, energetic, supportive and most importantly they keep the workouts fun, but challenging! I ALWAYS leave there feeling better than when I walked in. This is my gym family and everyone is amazing. It's worth every penny. Just go and try it out and I promise you will end up joining because you'll love it that much :)”

“It's a pretty good gym, the locker rooms are great. The upstairs area away from everyone else is pretty great. Although, a lot of people don't have good gym etiquette and they stare and it's kind of an uncomfortable vibe sometimes. But all in all it's legit”
