“I had hickory experience when I came in to the shop. I did call ahead just to check on a price as well as to confirm that a service could be done same day for my watch. Once I had everything confirmed, I went to the shop and I was greeted by the owner. It wasn't a long conversation at first because he was currently with a customer already, so I took the time to browse around and see the inventory which they have a good selection of. After the owner was finished with the customer, he was very prompt to tend to my needs. We made conversation and it was very clear that he loves what he does and truly has an interest and knowledge in watches. I was in and out unless than 10 minutes, it was a bit longer only because I did stay to make conversation. My experience was great, the pricing was very fair, and I was in and out. Definitely a five-star rating for this business.”

“I am amending my review.....my setting issue is resolved.
There are terrific deals to be had and you can always bargain with the owner. Also while you are there have a battery put in your watch....the best price in town I believe. The owner is a pleasant man! So get that watch out and then go in....pick up something shiny for yourself or your mate or mom or dad or sister or brother or , or , or... You get the idea....who needs a reason to have something nice to wear or gift? The sunny weather is here.....get something that shines 🙂.
Oh, last time I was there I spotted some vintage Black Hills Gold pieces..... anyone wish to gift me? 😊📿? never hurts to ask ya know.

My watches need batteries, I'm so tired of taking my phone out every time I wish to check the time. Yay, I have a reason to be in a jewelry store! My eyes feel misty....
I paid $20 to have a semi precocious stone changed into a setting.
The stone is loose. The setting is scarred and crooked. What did I do and say...nothing.!
Can't repair a scarred mounting. Lousy job. I should have tried myself.
