BEWARE!! I went to get a pre trip safety check and said my tires were completely worn and needed new ones, which just looking at them they did not look like they needed replacing but I thought maybe it’s on the inside. They also said I needed the rear brakes replaced, along with rotors and all the works. I got quoted $1,000+ for tires, and almost $700 for my back brakes. I took it to a local mechanic and he replaced my brake pads for $180, my rotors were fine and did not even need resurfacing. He said my tires were fine. I took my car in for an oil change at the Acura dealership and was told the same thing, tires were fine, and out of curiosity asked how much they charge for a brake pad replacement. They quoted $390 for brakes pads and rotor resurfacing!! Even the dealership is cheaper than Les Schwab!! Thank goodness I got several second opinions before falling for this scam!!! Saved me over $1500!!

This is an update. I had bought some very nice tires from Les Schwab last week. Today I bought in my truck for front brakes. The estimate was 690 dollars. When the job was completed I was presented a new price of 380 dollars!!! Seems like there was no need to replace the rotors. I'm totally impressed with the honesty of Les Schwab. I'm also impressed with the employees. Friendly, professional and honest.

Amazing friendly staff, quick to greet and help. They were able to quickly fix a hole I unknowingly had and only went to have my tires aired up. Fix for free one not a long wait either. Highly recommend!

Do yourself a favor and do not waste your time coming here. I've been using Les Schwab for YEARS for personal use and business. To start off; I took my girlfriend's car into this joke of a place to get an alignment and rotation, no biggie so I thought. Get the car back after the waiting 3 HOURS and I drove the car away and the alignment was worse than when I came! I took it back AGAIN and they STILL didn't fix the alignment. I decide to let it go and get it fixed at another local shop. I decide to give them another chance and went to buy tires for my truck..and this was in the last couple weeks.... The lady on the phone was trying to sell me on their brand of tires to which I politely declined. She continued to push their brand of tires and explained to me how far superior they are and that it would take WEEKS to get the tires I wanted. I finally tell her I already know what tires I want just please give me the quote. Couldn't give me a price over the phone so I gave her a contact email...it took over 24 hours to get me a quote and they upcharge over $80 per tire! Every quote in town that I received was $300-$500 less than this joke of a company. And by the way..they don't price match!!! Save your money and go to America's Tire, they took very very good care of me and got me in and out same day. Even threw in a great warranty! Also the alignment was taken care of same day by one of their recommended shops, (which are Veteran owned!). Y'all will never get another dime from me!

I go here for all my tire needs for both my vehicles. I like the fact that if you purchase tires from them, they provide free tire rotation, free flat repair, and offer warranties on their tires ...the yuba city location is always really busy, but they work me in in a reasonable time period. The thing my wife and I don't appreciate about this place is that my wife's father passed away 18 months ago, and we kept his vehicle, and needed new tires because of tread separation, and they were under warranty, which wasn't the issue. The issue was that we asked them politely several times on several occasions to not call my father in laws phone number, or mention his name while calling to let us know the vehicle is ready. I asked them to remove his name from the account, after providing a death certificate, and the manager said that they weren't able to remove his name, which isn't right. Her Dad hasn't paid for anything at les schwabb in almost 2 years because he's dead. The vehicle is legally in my name and my wife's name, and no other company has had an issue removing his name from any account, so why the hell can they not do that ? The warranty is done and over with, the tires he previously purchased have all been replaced with OUR money. So that is the only reason why we don't like them,other than that, they're decent people and a decent shop

Took my truck in today 9-9-23 at 10 am to have my brakes bled because my brake peddle was soft. After 6 hours after dropping it off, they called to tell me @4pm, that they were too busy to complete my this service that should only take 30 minutes. They should have told me at 10am that they were too busy to complete a 39 minutes job in 7 hours and I could have gone somewhere else to get this done today. A complete waste of time and my entire day! They just lost a loyal customer today and I will never take my vehicle to Less Schawab or buy any tires from them for a long long time.
