Very reliable in the information they give you and they just give you a peace of mind which after my recent car accident they helped, I was previously using Premier Insurance at the time of the accident and since the guy that hit me was uninsured they didn't do anything nor did I get feedback from neither my insurance company nor the agency. I decided to switch to Fletchers and thankfully I did. Here they pointed out flaws the Premier signed off on and helped me get WAY better insurance for $12 extra but completely worth it and would have made in difference during the accident...sadly it was after the accident that I made the switch. The parking is limited to two per unit making it very difficult for all tenents. I wasn't going to reply, but it may be in best interest of all current tenants and customers.
