“Always quick professional services at this lab. It's like a hidden gem. No waiting or appointment needed and the results always have a quick turnaround time. Staff is always very nice and seem to know what they're doing. I have super tiny veins but it's never been an issue here. Also, I've never had a hematoma (bruising) from any phlebotomist at this place.”
“Everything was exceptional, except check-in. The issue was when trying to check in with the link, it said since I was more than 1 minute late (6 mins), I had to reschedule to another time. I tried the kiosk and it gave me just a number. I spoke with one of the techs and she said I wasn't registered at all. She helped me and I got in about 30-35 minutes after arriving which was fine.”
“Amber is an absolute treasure. Had to get my blood drawn twice in a week and she had both of of us laughing hysterically. Wait time was 5 minutes the first time and 10 minutes the second time. No appointment needed. Much faster than the one off Colusa.”
