“I have made a choice to not shop at stores that do not support DEI. I had a Kohl's credit card several years ago, but when I retired I didn't shop there, only because I didn't need too. Card was canceled. Now that I am shopping with my granddaughter I chose to shop at Kohl's. I renewed my credit card, shopped, and checked out. I was pleased that a young woman with physical disabilities was serving me. Yes, she took a minute to locate the tags and security devices, but I was thrilled that Kohl's hires individuals with disabilities! She was polite and informative about my rewards and Kohl's Cash policies! I'll be back, thank you for your commitment to individuals with special needs.”
“I came to this store a couple days ago, just killing time, and found a wallet I really liked to replace my 10 year old wallet that is falling apart. I didn't pull the trigger then, but came back today, and the wallet I wanted was gone! There was 2 the last time, but they must have been popular! I was on my way out and something told me to ask the cashier if they have wallets anywhere else, she said no, but said she would check in the back, if I could describe the wallet for her. She found one!!! I was very happy, and so very thankful for her taking those extra steps to help me out. I wish I could recall her name, as I'd like to thank her publicly, but I don't, sorry!!”
