Att screwed me out of my phone number I had for 10 yrs with a lie that id be paying only 10 per month with my military dicount. Metro started back up with no charge. Thx metro

Very helpful and knowledgeable woman at the front desk. I appreciate her trying to help. She didn't turn us away or treat us coldy. Sadly...good customer service is a dying thing these days.

I bought a new iPhone at this location the guy threw in a wall adapter which I thought was free but he charged me $50 for it without my consent. I went back and there was STILL an issue returning it when I never opened it and I had the receipt

They charge a fee if you pay your bill online, they charge a fee if you pay your bill in store, i always have to pay full price for my phones, they dont let customers in the store without a mask even though their stores are spacious with hardly any people in them. They just want to take our money without providing any customer service. The least they could do is allow an option to pay your bill online or by phone without charging a fee.
